According to Mitchell (1993), schooling was perceived as the instrument to success for
individuals and to the excellence of society. Based on researcher’s knowledge and experience of the
teachers, absence of students in school was a problem before education became free and mandatory
and it has continued to be one ever since. Students who has skipped or had to repeat a grade, has
been put in or not included from a iportant program. Preceding research studies by De Leonibus (1978)
suggested that student absenteeism and lack of encouragement are enlaced. Motivation is usually
Mushta and Khan (2012), has been talked about the different factors that affects the student’s
academic performance. The internal and external classroom are the two types of factors that extremely
affect the student’s performance. Internal Classroom includes the class schedules, class size, English
text books, class text results, learning facilities, homework, environment of the class, complexity of the
course material, teacher’s role in the class, technology used in the class and exam systems.
Meanwhile, extracurriclar activities, family problems, work and financial, social and other problems are
all included to the external classroom factor. The students are facing too many problems in progressing
their positive study, attitudes, and usual way of studying. One serious problem is the investment in
technology, it has been obscure educational impact, and most often limited educational profits.
Investments in technology in school teaching have three categories, general investments in ICT in
school, individual student laptops, and educational softwares. There are several proofs of raise in
computer and cognitive skills, but evidence of spill-over on other subjects are strong. Basically, the
students who are well guided by their parents have performed very well in shcool.
On a study by Hiazi and Naqui (2012), student’s performance depends on different socio-
economic, psychological and environmental factors. One of the factors that affects student’s
performance in learning because new pattern about studying thinks that students can and should learn
at higher levels but it should not be reasoned as constraint becaus there are other factors such as race,
gender and sex that can affect student’s performance. There is also one serious problem that affect
the stuents academic performance, the bullying. Bullying contributes nothin,g but only negative to the
student’s academic performance and personal life. Developing and improving self-esteem can help to
the problem of bullying at schools. Discipline as a contributory factor on academic performance is not
also on stuents but also on the educators. Furthermore, student’s improvement and achievements
School failure and issue of equity in education has a story linkage. Inclusion and fairness are
two elements to improve the equity. Inclusion, means making sure a basic standard of educcation for
all. According to OECD (2007), fairness means amking sure that neither systemic inequity nor disability
are making difficult to achieve potential. Reducing school failure and student failure can be done by
improving the equitable provision of services at the school and classroom levels.
The most important factor that impacts on the assembly line function in the development of
hundreds of cases of negative influence on the forming of future of the students. Class participation is
the only way to measure the learning ability of the students. Becaue of absenteeism, lecturers have to
repeay lession take intructional time away from learners those who participate regular classes.
Another situation is accounting. Accounting was viewed as a social instrument; device that let
people to better understand and manage the world of business. According to Albrecht and Stack
(1999), complexity in which our society is included. Furthermore, consider the higly complex business
deals in which many companies are included. Due to anxiety many students are suffering, Dobsoul
(2012). Students of all ages are supported by the contemporary reasearch the about negative effects
of anxiety and stress on academic performance. Low self-concept and clearth of encouragement have
students fail their grades. Lack of personal direction, pressure form parents and or peer, laziness, lack
of confidence, family or relationship problems, drug problems and involvement social and other
The cause of- and the responsibilty for students failure are now seen as defficient inadequate
provision of education by school, extentions and shool systems. More especially, if it is the failure of
school to provide educations appropriate to different needs that leads students to fail. But one important
thing, time managent plays a major role in a students chievement along with the student’s academic
excellency. To be slow or lack to put off doing something, especially out of habitual laziness is an
outcome of acultured habit, and it affect everyone. There are many helpful techniques that stuents may
use according to Miqdati et al. (2014). First, students should look at the important dates, such as paper
due dates and arrange them according to the size of the assignment and the date is due, and then
write them down ona calendar as a reminer role. In short, students should arrange their schedule
