career experience, depending on individual’s skills, career objectives and
preferred work experience. Across every area of our business, you'll find people
who are among the best at what they do.
Selection Process
First round
This is a skills-based interview. We’ll look at your functional, technical, project
management, teamworking skills, and the skills that are most relevant to the role
you have applied for. This interview will be with someone at Manager level or
above from the area you are hoping to join. At the end of this, the Manager and
the HR contact will decide whether or not to put you forward to the second
round.
Second round
The second round will include two separate assessments. You will have a
competency-based interview with a member of the HR Team. This will focus on
many of the skills and attributes that we feel are important for success at
Accenture. Your interviewer will ask you for specific examples that demonstrate
certain competencies and will discuss these with you in-depth as well as
exploring things such as your understanding of the role and your motivations for
joining.
Additionally you will also meet with either a Senior Manager or Senior Executive
from the business. This meeting will include another competency based interview
but also a case-study to explore your business acumen.
For the majority of candidates, it will be a two-stage process. However, there are
occasions where we may invite candidates for a third-round interview.
Timelines
Candidates should receive a response from your initial application within two
weeks of applying. How quickly we are able to schedule your assessments will
depend on the availability of the appropriate interviewers and also your own
diary.
Within 2 weeks of attending your second round assessment you will be advised
of the outcome. Whether or not you are successful, full feedback on your
performance will be available to you.
