Automatic Dishwashing Machine
The dishwashing machine consists of three systems which is scrubbing, rinsing and cleaning(Chavan
Shrikant Yashwant, Kawade Sudhir B, Dhumal Chetan Ashok, Take Pradip Ramesh,2016).At the
scrubbing sections, Scrubber is mounted on a motor that rotates and scrubbing the dishes. After
scrubbing, the dishes are washed with a spray pump. After the scrubbing sections, in order to dry the
dishes, a cleaner or sponge is fitted to a motor along the conveyor line. Upon completion of the
cleaning process, a sliding mechanism is used to collect the cleaned dishes which water used to clean
the dishes will be collected in separate vessels below the machine. At the end part, due to innovative
collector design, all the water is collected in one place. The dishwashing cycle is carried out using a
conveyor belt system(Chavan Shrikant Yashwant, Kawade Sudhir B, Dhumal Chetan Ashok, Take
Pradip Ramesh,2016).In addition to its signal conditioning circuit, the IR sensor is used to count the
number of dishes and it is also used to track dishes whether or not it comes under a specific section.
If the dish is not detected, the relevant portion will not be detected (Chavan Shrikant Yashwant,
Kawade Sudhir B, Dhumal Chetan Ashok, Take Pradip Ramesh,2016).Through this, the number of
cleaned dishes is reflected on the LCD using the IR sensor.
