STEP 1.
Please look over your daily habits that you wrote down in exercise #1.
Now, based on what you just learned about autophagy and the 3 ways to amplify it we just went over in
the video, how can you go about incorporating those strategies into your routine?
Can you start your morning with a big glass or two of purified water? (Water with lemon is perfectly fine,
and will not break authophagy.)
Can you take steps to eliminate/minimize artificial light exposure for a couple hours before bed or wear the
blue blockers?
Can you shorten your daily feeding window and increase your daily fasting window like in the study
mentioned?
These are very powerful habits when you do them consistently. It’s small changes like this consistently
applied that lead to BIG results over time.
You don’t have to do ALL of these things right now, if this seems overwhelming.
STEP 2.
Write down TWO habits you’re going to start implementing to increase your autophagy and cell
regeneration.
