    INSTRUCTIONS
    l. Marks card of tre Classes/Semester Examination passes by the candidate through the University of Jammu should be
    attacched with this form.

    2. In case the admission cancelled or left thestudy NOC is required from the concerned College/Department.
    3. All the particulars should be filled in by the applicant. The Registry will not be responsible for any delay in case form
    is not complete in all respects.

    4. Fee for Migration Certificate as prescribed by the University is Rs. 450/-.


    5. When it is not possible for the applicant to send the fee in advance at the University cash counter and obtain
    University receipt for the same he/she advised to send the money through Bank Draft to be attached with this form
    made payable to the Registrar University of Jammu.

    6. A student who has lost the original Migration Certificate issued to his/her previously and required duplicate of the
    same, is required to submit an affidavit duly sworm in before a First Class Judicial Magistrate on a stam-ppaper of value
    of Rs. 10/- as required by law, in the form given below alongwith a fee of Rs. 900/- with Inter-University Migration
    Certiftcate

    7. Self Address Registered Envelope should be attached with this form if, the concerned candidate should not collect
    M i gration Certifi cate personally.

    8. The candidate should collect the Migration Certificate personally after 7 days.

    Note :-In the case of the applicant reading in an affiliated college, this form should be submitted through the Principal of
    the College.
