JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Promote HSE programs and associated plans among project team members.
- Monitor the fabrication and installation activities of storage tanks including hot works,
lifting operation, scaffolding activity, confined space activity, work at height, hydro
testing, radiography activity, etc.
- Monitoring daily PTW in order to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site
PTW System.
- Observe workers for any unsafe behaviors / conditions, intervene and advise workers in
a proper manner.
- Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) of related project activities.
- Conduct regular Walkthrough program with client and project team.
- Conduct HSE regular inspection of equipment, machineries, lifting gear, fire
extinguisher, PPE, etc.
- Socializing and enforcing Hazard Observation Card to all project team in order to
enhance the safety awareness and minimize incident rate.
- Conduct in weekly and monthly HSE meeting with client.
- Participate in the incident investigation as well as control the implementation of
corrective action.
- Participate in drill programs such as fire drill, vertical rescue drill, mustering drill, etc.
- Participate in the HSE Champaign Program promoted by client such as Hands’ Injury
Campaign, Dropped Object Champaign, etc.
- Prepare daily and weekly HSE report.
