    Dear Sir,
    As per your discussion, we are pleased to submit our lowest rate for Silent diesel
    generator set with AMF Control Panel Monthly hire basis for load shading purpose as per following
    terms & condition.
    TERMS & CONDITION:
    1. 125 KVA Silent generators set with AMF Control Panel Monthly hire basis for load shading
    purpose. Without fuel, luboil and operator.
    2. Operator is optional. Incase Operator is required the cost will be extra @Rs. 15,000/-per
    month plus GST extra. Incase you would like to operate the DG set through your technical
    qualified operator; we will explain the features to him. He must protect the DG Set from
    overheating or air getting inside the fuel line in case diesel finishes from diesel tank (This
    must never happen).
    3. A log Book for daily running will be handed to your operator. This must be filled every day
    and signed by your site in charge.
    4. Hire charges contract minimum 6 (Six) Year.
    5. You shall arrange our hire payment in advance every month in full within 7th of every
    month.
    6. After 150 Hours D.G. Set run Over O.T. per Hours as applicable plus GST.
    7. You shall be responsibility for the gen-set safeties add security, any theft of parts or will ful-
    damaged to our DG set will be compensated by you.
    8. Installation of DG Set placing on solid floor level & Electrical cabling from DG Set to our
    Control Panel incoming/outgoing and to our AMF Panel proper termination will be your
    responsibility. You must provide 4 No. Earth station i.e. 2 for DG Set body & 2 for its neutral.
    This Earthing must be only for the DG Set & Isolated from any equipment under use at site.

    9. 1st fill of Lub oil will be given by us after 250 hours running the gen-set should be change
    and Lub oil topping up on requirement basis, the Specific lubricants supply by you, We will
    provide all filters at the time of engine servicing.
    10. In case of any break down the gen-set necessary action should be taken any getting
    information for your side as early as possible.
    11. Transportation charges Up & Down, Loading & Unloading at Howrah @Rs. 20,000/-and
    Kolkata @Rs. 25,000/- plus GST extra paid by you.
    12. GST @18% extra paid by you.
    13. In case of any Government permission for operating DG Set, be it from electrical department,
    pollution control or others, will be your responsibility formalities and Govt. duty and others
    bodies maintain by you.
