Job Description
• Analyze critical and/or high value commercial requirements from uses and handle the development of their
contracts while recommending various qualification / evaluation criteria and negotiation strategies.
• Review and evaluate claims / requests for extra ordinary contract variations and provides technical
contractual advice to the management on negotiations and favourable closeout of these contracts for the
company.
Contracts Administration:
• Review and analyze scopes and specifications for works and services to be contracted, clarify work aspects
• Recommend and agree with Supervisor on contracting strategy. Propose contract type and compensation
method. Advise on the development of tender documents, and finalizes them with Legal, Finance divisions in
• Establish and agree with Supervisor on bidders prequalification criteria. Evaluate contractors’ capabilities,

Contract Administrator Vancouver, BC As a member of the technical team, the Contract Administrator is
responsible for leading the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and monitoring of contracts that involve
the acquisition of goods and/or services. The Role The role includes the following primary
responsibilities: Prepares Contracting Plan to support project execution activities. Coordinates the
compilation and preparation of all contract bidding documentation, including bidders list, inquiry,

Services Manager Candidate requirements As the successful candidate, you have knowledge of
requirements for acquiring consulting, engineering, design, construction and installation services in
accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as general knowledge of the laws and

interpreting contractual agreements. A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration,
