The teacher started her class on time.
Her classroom was well- structured and conducive
for learning. Pupils’ attendance was almost perfect. She grouped her pupils into four sets. Teacher’s daily lesson log was updated. Instructional and learning materials were all ready. Classroom rules were emphasized before the class begin. Teacher’s posture was good and she wore the prescribed uniform for that day. Pre-activities such as prayer, checking of attendance, and ice breaker were facilitated successfully. The expected objective/s were posted creatively on the board which was visible for everybody. The teacher possesses the good character of the so called 21st century teacher. She used the 21st century teaching strategies and skills in conducting her lesson. The used of Teaching enhanced learning approach or TELA was utilized to achieve her goal and be effective in transmitting the information into her pupils. Varied classroom activities were given and the pupils’ response were very good. One hundred percent of the learners had actively involved in the activity. Collaboration, critical thinking, media literacy, communication and creativity were the learning skills embedded in the teaching learning process. Some subjects like English, Math and Values were integrated in her lesson in Science. Assessment and evaluation was high proficient. I commend the teacher for the job well done.
