3.1 Implementation
The success of implementation depends on cooperation and consensus between each member
involved.
Good and detailed planning might face problems if it is not applied correctly.
Each group member must ensure the activity or the implementation of community service is a
joint activity and conducted as a group.
Among the key elements in the implementation of a community service project are as
follows:
a. Ensure that the project is based on the planning as well as the capability as planned in the
early stages;
b. Hold a short briefing or notification to all members about tasks roles and the goal of
community service activities which were carried out;
c. Carry out the activities simultaneously and each member shall abide to the scheduling of
the tasks that were given to them during the planning;
d. Record each community service tasks for the purpose of documentation or evidence;
e. Immediately take action if something unforeseen and unplanned happens; and
f. Time management and layout, as well as proper scheduling of each activity must be
understood by each member.
