1. Panel’s are stored on wooden pallets inside the storage area. See photos.
2. During inspections, we did not find any non-conformances.
3. All 136 panels are finished with the assembly process and protected using a plastic laminate sheet.
4. All 136 panels are ready for the loading process.

Application of heavy duty silicon between stiffeners and outer skin. Silicon condition after application.

Inserting acoustic infill, Thermalrock S60 (Density 60 kg/m3). Completion of insert in the acoustic infill.

Covering the infill with plastic sheeting. Plastic sheet will protect the infill from coming out.

Assembling the perforated sheet to the panel. Perorated sheet after assembly.

Drilling holes at the stiffeners to insert rebate. Accept left and right Rebate the hole to make sure perforated sheet attaches to stiffeners.

Using Henrob to attach between perforated sheet and stiffeners for Henrob are stronger then rebate.

Conducting visual inspection of the panel. Re-laminaing the panel after the inspection is done.

Panel is ready to insert acoustics infill. Finished panel.

Cover the infill using plastic sheet. Assemble the perforated sheet to the panel.
Completely remove plastics cover to check panel color. Panel colors match with sample color sheet.

Check coating thickness using Elcometer. DFT thickness range are from 65 ~ 90 micron.

Powder coating thickness, 86.9 micron. Powder coating thickness, 98.1 micron.
