SPECTRACRON® 110 Series Fast Dry Alkyd Enamels are single component
enamels designed for industrial use on metal surfaces. They are versatile
Substrates (Direct) products, used across a wide variety of industries and end-use markets.
These topcoats can be applied direct-to-metal substrates or over a primer.

Substrate Protection Mix Directions


The surface must be clean and free of all surface Reduction Q30, Q50, Q160, Q70** or Q80
contamination. A chemical pretreatment such as PPG
Chemfos® KA Cleaner/Coater or a similar conversion Application Viscosity 25 – 65” #2 EZ Zahn Cup
coating will improve the performance properties of the Line/Flush Clean Up Q60 or Q30
coating system. Use of a recommended primer will
also improve performance. See your PPG Blend Ratio 19:1 with Q3501
Representative for recommendations. (Optional, not required) 15:1 with GXH1086
