    1) The principal of M'lang National High School requests permission from the Schools Division Superintendent of Cotabato to allow one teacher and 16 students to participate in a benchmarking with the SPA Media Arts program at Kidapawan National High School on March 13, 2015. 2) The Parents Teachers Association of M'lang National High School passed a resolution approving the benchmarking of the 16 students. 3) Consent forms were signed by parents permitting their child's participation in the benchmarking under conditions that they are properly chaperoned and their safety and health are ensured.

    One of the goals of the Special Program in the Arts is to be acquainted with different forms of
    Arts and Communication.
    In this connection, we would like to ask permission from your good office to allow One (1) Teacher
    and (16) students from M’lang National High School to have a benchmarking with SPA Media Arts of
    Kidapawan National High School on March 13, 2015. Six students are part of SPA Media Arts, and the ten
    other students are participants of the Sineliksi (Video Documentation Exhibition) during the Arts Month
    Festival.

    Resolution Approving the Benchmarking of the 16 students at Kidapawan City National High School.

    Whereas, the Special Program in the Arts has one grade level – grade Seven.

    Whereas, one of the disciplines is Media Arts.

    Whereas, during the Arts Month Festival, Sineliksi (Video Documentation Exhibition), a Media Arts
    competition was held, other Non-SPA students participated.

    Whereas, to enhance observation skills through useful application of the inquiry-based learning
    approach,

    Whereas to develop the student’s hard skills in Media Arts,

    Whereas there is a need for the Media Arts students to have an actual observation at schools that had
    been implementing the program.

    Therefore, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved that sixteen students with the Media Arts Specialist be
    permitted to have benchmarking with SPA Media Arts at Kidapawan City National High School.

    Unanimously approved.
