IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE


1. Admission to the written test centre will be on production of this admit card only.
2. In case the photograph/Signature is not uploaded/printed above or is not visible/clear, the candidate should affix his/her recent passport size photograph
in the space provided and get it attested by the invigilator as well as the candidate’s signature.
3. No Entry will be allowed after 01:30 PM.
4. Candidate to bring one photo identity proof (Driving License/Voter ID Card/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Passport etc.) in original for verification purpose.IN
ABSENCE OF ORIGINAL PHOTO ID PROOF, CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER IN THE TEST CENTRE PREMISES. E-Aadhar card is not valid
for Photo ID proof for verification purpose.
5. Candidate is required to carry his/her own blue/ black ball point pen in adequate numbers.
6. Candidate is advised to make sure about the location of written test centre in advance so that he/she appear for the written test on the specified date and
centre at least 60 minutes before commencement of the exam.
7. At the Written Test Center, the candidate must occupy the seat allotted against his/her roll number and is expected to maintain discipline. Interchanging
seats, creating disturbance, exchanging notes, consulting/ talking to each other, seeking/ receiving any help from external etc. will result in cancellation of
his/her candidature for the post. Candidates found using unfair means will be disqualified.
8. The entry in Written Test Center will be allowed from 01:00 PM  Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Written Test hall after 01:30 PM  under any
circumstances. They will not be allowed to leave the Written Test hall till the completion of the test.
9. Mobile phone, pager, electronic calculator, text book, notes, scales and logarithm table shall not be permitted during the test. Candidates have to make
their own arrangement to keep these items out of the Examination Centre.
10. There is NO negative marking.
11. Candidate to ensure that his/her signature and invigilator’s signature are put (in the space provided for it) on the Admit Card as well as on OMR answer sheet
& attendance sheet, failing which the OMR answer sheet will be treated as invalid.
12. Candidate must hand over the Question booklet & OMR Answer sheet along with Admit Card to the invigilator before leaving Written Test Hall.
13. Candidate should keep a copy of this Admit Card with him/her as this Admit Card has to be submitted to the Invigilator at the time of examination.
14. MRPL reserves the right to cancel the process if considered necessary at any stage of selection/engagement.
15. Candidate may please note that this Admit Card does not confer an offer of engagement to him/her. His/Her candidature for this test is provisional and is
subject to his/her fulfilling the educational and other eligibility criteria prescribed for the training slot. Mere attending the written test does not bind MRPL to
select the candidate for engagement.
16. Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidature.
17. The engagement as apprentice will be purely for training for one year only and it will be terminated on completion of one year. The engagement as
Apprentice is only temporary and shall not lead to absorption in the company. MRPL does not give any commitment on providing permanent/temporary
employment to apprentices on completion of training period.
18. The engagement will be as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961/Apprentices Act 1973(as amended from time to time)
19. MRPL shall not reimburse any expenses incurred by the candidate on account of travelling, boarding, lodging for attending written test.
20. The apprentices shall be paid only the monthly stipend mentioned in the advertisement 04/Apprentice/2019. No other payment shall be made to the
apprentice.
21. The apprentices engaged shall have to make their own arrangement for stay/travel during the period of engagement at MRPL.
22. Notwithstanding the above, Candidates who have been engaged previously as an apprentice or are undergoing apprenticeship training at MRPL or elsewhere
under the Apprentices Act, 1961/ Apprentices Amendment Act, 1973(as amended from time to time) or those who have got more than one year of work
experience are not eligible for being engaged as an Apprentice.
