Dear Sir
At the outset we would like to thank you for the interest shown in our services.
During the discussion held at your good office, your requirement was understood
and as per that, we would like to submit our quotation as under:
Name of Work : To get NOC from Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA) for
the abstraction of Ground Water.
The envisaged scope of work is as follow:
1. Detailed study of the available documents being needed to prepare the

application
2. Preparation of check list for data collection as per the requirements of CGWA
3. Undertaking all studies, including any ground truth verification and preparation
of Hydro-geological reports, recharge proposals as required for submission of

4. Collection of Rainfall data
5. Water balance (Complete Flowchart)
6. Detailed assessment of Rainwater/ Surface water availability for harvesting
ground water as required for compliance to recharge obligation as per CGWA
guidelines.
7. Identification and assessment of recharge potential of recharge structures to
be adopted from the community / Government structures to be adopted /
Storm water drains for check dam construction/New structures to be
constructed /any other options as acceptable to CGWA, to comply with the
recharge obligation and most cost effective to client.
8. Collection of relevant documents, seeking grant of approvals / agreement
/Confirmed LOI from concerned authorities for adoption of the community or
Government structures or construction of new structures for recharge as
required to be submitted to CGWA for recommendation and grant of NOC.
9. Providing suitable designs for construction of recharge structures as identified
to comply with the recharge structure.

10. All persuasion and presentation at Regional Director, CGWB, Jaipur and
CGWA New Delhi as required for grant of NOC.

Financial Quote:
Our Consultancy charges inclusive of all inclusive of Technical consultancy Fees,

Report Preparation, Arrangement & Expenses of Lodging, Boarding &Travelling etc.
for providing above mentioned services is Rs.3,00,000 (Rupees three lacs only)
plus applicable tax.
Documents required from Client:

1. Document of Ownership
2. Authorization Letter
3. Certified copy Revenue Sketch

4. Consent letter from RSPCB to the industry

5. Flow Chart of Activities and Water requirements at each Stage and recycled
water use at each stage
6. Non Polluting Effluent Certificate
7. Referral letter for obtaining CGWA permission/NOC from competitive authority
8. Certificate of Water availability from government water supplying agency.
9. Layout plan of industry showing following area’s details:
(i) Open space (ii) Paved (iii) built-up (iv) green belt
10. Location of rainwater harvesting structures, Design & Measurements
11. Location of tube wells on map
12. NOC from Boiler & Safety department or any other competitive authority, if
applicable
13. Last five years extraction of ground water measurements
14. Letter for permission for use of Municipal water supply by concerned
Municipal Corporation in m3/day, if applicable
15. Water Quality results of ETP/STP
16. Ground water analysis report from bore wells.
Terms and Conditions:
1. The client has to provide all documents pertaining to the filing of application.
2. All drawing of the projectwould be provided by the client.
3. Application fee as well as administrative expenses would be directly borne by the
client.
4. It will not take responsibility in any delay caused due to non-fulfilment of
documents or delay caused by department end.
Payment Terms
1. 40 % advance along with work order
2. 40% after filling application at CGWB, Regional Office
3. 20% after obtaining NOC from CGWB

Validity of Offer:
The validity of this offer is upto 30thJune2017.
