As most of us remain so much busy in work these days to cope up with the fast pacing life of today, we
forget to spend time for ourselves too. Today’s life becomes stressful and demands more and more
energy and power to do the work. So, we all must laugh and spend at least some spare time for
ourselves and others. For this, we can choose the path of laughter. Laughter is the best medicine. It is a
kind of exercise which relaxes all organs of the body. It greatly helps us a lot. It relaxes our mind and the
body. It relieves us from worries, tensions, anger, and stress, grief and irritation and brings delight. It is a
totally a boon for all of us. It provides a physical and emotional release. The benefits and the advantages
of laughter are non ending. Laughter boosts the immune system. It improves our alertness, creativity
and memory too. Laughter brings a positive attitude in us. It greatly helps us in filling our lives with
enthusiasm and increased productivity. It also helps in fighting diseases. Laughter can improve our
health. It reduces pain and allows us to tolerate discomfort. It reduces blood sugar levels. It creates
positive emotional environment among the people and help in discouraging violence and fight. It fills
new kind of energy and life in us and adds spice to our lives. Everyone must smile and laugh as it is very
beneficial. A person must develop his sense of humor. A good sense of humor is very helpful in dealing
with all the negative stress and anxiety. The person having good sense of humor is liked by everyone.
One should make others laugh too. Spend more time with happy people Watch comedy, laughter
therapy and laughter yoga is also very popular these days. Be playful. So, laugh as much as you can and
develop optimism and enjoy life.

2005. This center released proven research that laughing between 10 and 15 minutes a day can help
burn between 10 and 40 extra calories. The calorie burning takes place because of increased heart rate
when laughing. Even one good belly laugh burns off roughly 3.5 calories. Meanwhile your mind might drift
to the calories burning when being doubled over crying while watching a comedy on TV, don't forget the
other health benefits of laughing. Believe it or not, 15 minutes of laughter have the same benefits as
getting two hours sleep. It helps release fear, exercises the diaphragm, relieve anxiety and stress, and
