    to attain expected outcome.

    0900H-0930H Attended the update on the Internal and External Disaster

    MMU Daily Unit Visitation


     Observation done to nursing staff
     Together with nursing staff, checked patients’ status, reviewed the NCP for
    their patient, reinforced nursing interventions applicable to patients’ conditions
    0930H-1130H to attain expected outcome.
     Observed NCP not properly documented. Re-educated nursing staff on:
     Importance of complete documentation on NCP for continuity of care
     Evaluate effectivity of nursing interventions in relevance to the expected
    outcomes
