THE MAIN TEXT
 Introduction: It should give a good background and contain
a clear statement of the problem and general objective of
the research. The methodology adopted in accomplishing
the research should be explained. The scope of the study
along with various limitations should as well be stated in this
part. The sub-sections remain as they are in the proposal.
 Summary of findings: At the end of the introduction, there
would appear a statement of findings and recommendations
in non-technical language. If the findings are extensive, they
should be summarized.

THE MAIN TEXT
 Main report: The main body of the report should be
presented in logical sequence and broken-down into
readily identifiable sections. The sub-sections remain
as they are in the proposal.
 Conclusion: Towards the end of the main text,
researcher should again put down the results of his
research clearly and precisely.
 In addition to the literature review and the
methodology, two other chapters are introduced

THE MAIN TEXT CONT’
 The new chapters are :
 Chapter 4: Analysis and Discussion of Results
 Chapter 5: Conclusions and recommendations
 Each of these chapters (4&5), must have an overview
and sections covering all the specific objectives of the
study
 Only discussable outputs are presented in chapter 4
 In chapter5, each objective must have a conclusion
and a recommendation
