ENERGY AUDIT
An energy audit is an inspection survey an analysis of energy flows, for energy conservation in a building, process or system to reduce the amount
of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output(s). In residential, commercial and industrial real estate, an energy audit is
the first step in identifying opportunities to reduce energy expense and carbon footprints.
Deliverables
• Recommended changes to existing operations and procedures to save
energy and costs.
• Capital investments that will improve efficiency – together with the
estimated time to generate a return.
• Available incentives or rebates that offset investment costs.
• Longer-term opportunities for improvements through renovations or
upgrades.
• The Premises current energy performance rating and potential steps to
improve it.
• Review and analysis of provision of renewable energy in the system
• Energy Consumption per equipment – Calculation of efficiency

Fire Safety Audit
Scope of Work
• To carry out a systematic, critical appraisal of all potential Fire hazards involving personnel, premises, services & operation method.
• To ensure that occupational Safety & Health System fully satisfy the legal requirements and those of company’s written safety policies,
objectives & progress.
• Identify all significant fire hazards.
• Identify the people who are at risk from each hazard.
Deliverables
• Evaluate the existing control measures. A Fire Safety Audit report will be provided on the findings of the study
and recommendations for next course of action. Recommendations
• Determine the additional control measures required.
suggested for risk improvement would be categorized as Category A, B
and C. The criterion for categorization is presented as follows:.
• Examine the availability of suitable emergency plan detailing responsibility and action of key personnel.
Category A:Recommendations that are provided to address existing
• Review the availability of suitable fire alarm and detection system. statutory, non-Compliance , deviation from standard operating
procedures defiined by the company.
• Review the availability of suitable fire fighting facilities, such as hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, etc.
Category B:A:Recommendations that are provided to address
• Evaluate passive fire protection systems provided. deviations from practices prescribed by national/international standards
applicable to client operations.
• Evaluate the general awareness of occupants and security personnel on matters relating to fire safety and rescue operations.
Category C:A:Recommendations that are provided based on good
• Evaluate the training and instructions on fire safety imparted to the employees and occupants . engineering Practices followed in similar industry.
Methodology
• Identifying potential fire / explosion hazards / risks in the Premises and suggesting appropriate preventive measures.
• Evaluate the Fire risk in each operation / area.
• Adequacy of the underground and above ground fire water tank and pumping capacity, Availability of Overhead tank and its interconnection with Fire water
network, and backup supply
• Configuration of the pumps and valves for the hydrant and sprinkler system
• Checking the Adequacy of the sprinkler system, detection system, Operating temperature / other parameter
• Adequacy of the Fire detection and alarm (FDA) system with respect to relevant,
standards, positioning of the detectors with respect to ventilation system, beam deptobstructions, etc
• Assess the requirement of Gas suppression system based on fire risk and criticality of the equipment’s / operations as per relevant standards.
• Accessibility to extinguishers as per relevant standards and availability of refills, mounting practice, etc.
• Segregation of the facilities and utilities, requirement of fire partition walls and its fire rating.
• Checking the adequacy and deployment of the portable Fire extinguisher as per relevant standards.
• Segregation of power cables and data cables and utilities lines.
WE MAKE • Adequacy and availability of emergency lights and ventilation.
THINGS • Approach road width and clearance.
• Open space around the building.
EFFICIENT. • Adequacy of signage's.
