Gain: Before cleaning condenser vacuum loss was 22 mmHg and after cleaning reduces to 8
mm Hg thus 20 Kcal/kwhr Improvement in HR loss found corresponding to saving of Rs 2
lakh monitory gain daily and reduction of CO2 emission 2230 Tons monthly

3. Cable tray cover hanging near burner-E in Unit-1.

• For FY 2017-18, NTPC Ltd. generated 265.80 Billion Units against 250.31 Billion Units
generated in the previous year, registering an increase of 6.19%.
• For FY 2017-18, Audited Total Income is Rs. 85,207.95 crore, registering an increase of
7.39% over the previous year Audited Total Income of Rs. 79,342.30 crore
• Audited Profit After Tax for FY 2017-18 is Rs. 10,343.17 crore as compared to Rs.
9,385.26 crore in the previous year, registering a growth of 10.21%.

• Daily Monitoring of ECR
• Maintaining less ECR amongst the beneficiaries for better merit position
