How To Start & Scale An Ecommerce

Dropshipping Business to $1000 Per Day

Introduction:

“You are only one product and winning adset

away…$$$”

Goal:
Utilise effective product research techniques to find
winning products, build a professional one product
branded store, and send targeted traffic to your offer
(landing page)

In a nutshell we will be using paid advertising (Facebook Ads)

to drive traffic to our product landing page, utilising Shopify
as the platform to display our product (FREE 14 DAY TRIAL)
and reputable AliExpress suppliers to dropship from.
Process:
1. Finding Trending Products to Sell

2. Store Creation

3. Facebook Ads Precedent To Follow (Part A)

4. Facebook Ads Scaling Winning Product (Part B)

Note: If we are not in a position to scale our product (due to

poor ad performance metrics) we return to step 1 until we
find a winning product that is scalable to $1000 per day.
Finding Trending Products To Sell

Trending products for the purposes of this blueprint are

products that are currently selling where you have the
opportunity to ‘take a piece of the pie for yourself.’

In order to achieve this, and the goal of making $1k per day
you need to find your own unique angle on the product to
advertise, a unique offer, creative eye catching ad and ad
copy, professional landing page, retargeting strategy, and a
high enough profit margin between the cost of the product
from your supplier and the price you are advertising.

1K PER DAY PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS

Unique product (unique in the sense that it is not a best

seller on large ecommerce platforms like Amazon & Ebay)

Problem Solver – You address the customers problem or pain

point in the ad, and quickly demonstrate how your product
solves that particular problem. REMEMBER that customers
buy based on emotion. For ad copy and product description
focus on the BENEFITS your product will have to their
problem.
Currently trending (through Google Trends, recent orders on
AliExpress & current competitor viral Facebook Ad copy)

Methods to Finding Trending Products

A) Facebook Search Bar – Search for Terms like “buy

yours” or “get yours now” or “50% OFF” and filter by
recent videos to get recent viral ads.

B) PowerAd Spy – Here you can find viral ads to get

product ideas from competitors. Very useful in the
beginning stages of a product life cycle whereby
virality is only recent or for seasonal products that
done well in previous years. Similar/same products
can be winners again (Link Here To Sign Up)

C) Engaged Shopper – When you see an ad advertising a

product simply click on the ad and add it to cart on
the landing page. This in time will show you more viral
style product ads on Facebook/IG to give you ideas on
what to test.
2. Store Creation

(Check out my YouTube channel on how to create a

highly converting one product Shopify store)

3. Facebook Ads Precedent

Goal: Collect Data, Target Specific Interests & Utilise

Data To Drive Sales
Method:
Familiarise yourself with Audience Insights to get an
idea of interests you think may be interested in your
product. There is no exact science to this.

(Note: For guidance on creating effective ad copy check out

my YouTube channel)

Collect Data, Target Specific Interests & Utilise Data To Drive

Sales
(a) Collect data & make initial sales
- Run PPE Ads Tier 1 Countries
(Purpose: Get engagement & create data streams)
- LLA on potential customers who have viewed more
than 75% of your video ad;
(b) Goal: Utilise data & run specific interest targeting to
expand on initial sales

(1) $5 per day – Interest 1 narrowed down by Engaged

Shopper 1-10m– Tier 1 Countries – Facebook & IG Feed
Create ten variations with this with different interest
targeting;
Check Ads each day;
As a general rule if link click is $1 or below keep running until
profit margin is exhausted;
Or if no sales within three days kill ad;
Create new interests every day;
Test different ad creatives (3 minimum);

4. Scaling Your Ads

Precedent:
After 3 days if your ad is profitable –duplicate profitable
adsets
Keep testing new adsets every day with different INTEREST
variations
Create Lookalike Audiences
Create LLA for country with most sales

- Lookalike 1-10% Video Viewers

- Lookalike 1-10% Product page reviews
- Lookalike 1-10% Abandoned Checkouts
- Lookalike 1-10% Initiated Checkouts
- Lookalike 1-10% purchases
- Lookalike 1-10% Ad & Post Engagement
CBO
As of September 2019 Facebook will be introduced
compularsy Facebook CBO (Campaign budget optimisation)
campaigns.
This basically optimizes the distribution of your campaign’s
budget across your ad sets/audiences.
If you have campaigns that match the precedent of being
profitable after 3-5 days then create a new CBO campaign.
Put your winning adsets into the campaign and utilize a
budget of $50-100 depending on how much you can spend
and what level your ROAS (return on ad spend) are at. Do this
for each winning adset.
All of the above should assist you in getting to 1K per day for
your trending product.
Success comes in building effective data streams, utilising
specific interest targets and putting your ad in front of your
potential customer as much as possible (7 times
recommendation)
