This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in General Luna, Siargao
Island Province of Surigao Del Norte this 8th day of October 2019 by and between:

WITHNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of the following
motor vehicle, more particularly described as follows:
WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the aforesaid motor vehicle and the
BUYER is able, willing and ready to purchase the same under the terms and
conditions herein below set forth;
The SELLER warrants that the Motor Vehicle is free from any liens and
encumbrances and that said SELLER shall defend the title and rights of the BUYER
from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third person.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Known to me and to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing
instrument and acknowledged to me that the same are their free act and voluntary
deed.
This instrument consisting of two (2) pages, including this page on which this
acknowledgment is written refers to a DEED OF SALE of 1 Unit of 2011 HYUNDAI
GETZ 1.1 PQF-736 and has been signed by the parties and their witnesses and sealed
with my notarial seal.

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE
This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in General Luna, Siargao
Island Province of Surigao Del Norte this 8th day of October 2019 by and between:

PABLO GAB G. FIEL, of legal age, single, Filipino, with residence address at
Poblacion 5, General Luna, Surigao del Norte hereinafter referred to as BUYER;
WITHNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the SELLER is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of land
with improvements located at Barangay 2, General Luna, Surigao del Norte and
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. -167965- Containing a total area of One
Thousand Five Hundred (1500) SQUARE METRS, more or less, and more particularly
described as follows:
WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell
the above mentioned property for the total amount of Seven hundred Fifty thousand
Pesos (PHP750, 000), 500 per s.q.m Philippine Currency.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum total of Seven hundred
Fifty thousand Pesos (PHP750, 000), 500 per s.q.m Philippine Currency, hand paid by
the vendee to the vendor, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY
by the way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the certain
parcel of land together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens
and encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this
sale.

CHATTEL MORTGAGE

WITHNESSETH:
That the MORTGAGOR is indebted unto the MORTGAGEE in the sum of Four
Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP400,000), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is
acknowledged by the MORTGAGOR upon the signing of this instrument, payable within a
period of 5 years, with interest thereon at the rate of (5) % per annum;
That for, and consideration of , this indebtedness, and to assure the performance of said
obligation to pay, the MORTGAGOR hereby conveys by way
of CHATTEL MORTGAGE unto the MORTGAGEE, his heirs and assigns, the
following personality now in the possession of said MORTGAGOR
That the condition of this obligation is that should the MORTGAGOR perform the
obligation to pay the hereinabove cited indebtedness of (Four Hundred Thousand Pesos
(PHP400,000), Philippine Currency together with accrued interest thereon, this chattel mortgage
shall at once become null and void and of no effect whatsoever, otherwise, it shall remain in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this October day of 08
2019 at General Luna, Surigao del Norte, Philippines.
