Waiter: The menu's in Spanish, so I'll explain if there's anything you don’t
understand.
Jane: Thanks, but we're fine.
Ruth: Sorry, we haven't decided yet.
Waiter: That's OK. No hurry. I'll come back when you're ready to order.
Ruth: Mmm. Those mussels look delicious.
Jane: But aren't you allergic to shellfish? You might be really sick if you eat them.
Ruth: When I finish this, I’ll ask for the dessert menu, I think.
Jane: I don't know how you can eat so much!
Jane: Unless the waiter brings the bill soon, we'll be late for the cinema.
Ruth: Stop worrying. Here he comes.

There's a lot of advice on the Internet about what food is good or bad for you. Things
like:
'If you eat (eat) too many eggs, you’ll have (have) high cholesterol.' 'You won’t get
(not get) heart problems if you eat a low-fat diet.' 'If you eat (eat) a lot of garlic, it ‘ll
protect (protect) you from illness.' 'You'll put on weight unless you eat lots of fruit
and vegetables.' 'If your food contains (contain) a lot of sugar, you'll develop
diabetes.'
But when you actually check these claims, you’ll find (find) that they're not
completely true. In fact, when you look carefully at the evidence, you'll realise that
it's much more complicated than that. So, stop worrying. If you eat a good, balanced
diet, you won’t have (not have) any problems.
