Engineering. I am carrying an experience of xxxx years. I am very good in xxxxx in xxxx. So far my family background is concerned; there are xxxxx members in my family. My parents, we are xxxxx siblings. I am the xxxx one and if talk about my hobbies, I am fond of listening music, watching movies, playing badminton and exploring the different kind of places. That’s all about me sir.
2. Why do you want to join in our company?
A. Sir, I think a lot of candidates have come here for the interview and I’m also one of them. But so far as I think, I want to join this organization because the kind of work atmosphere existing in this company is actually creating my interest to join and I have the experience in the same segment for the position I have come to join for, and definitely the kind of development and training programs you are offering to your candidates, that is also giving me interest to this position and that this kind of job I have come for. This nature of work is exactly my interest that’s why I want to join especially. I need not to force myself in this work, so what I believe that I really want to join this company because of all these particular things.
3. Why should we hire you?
A. Sir, you must be having a lot of options for this position to select, but I don’t know about the rest. What I believe that I meet with the minimum requirements for this position but I able to do my job for its best requirement and apart from this my words cannot justify my action until I don’t get the right opportunity to perform. So, I will be very privileged if you avail me this opportunity.
4. What are your salary expectations?
A. Sir, it should be great if I get a chance to work with your organization and I would be quite lucky but what I think that your company must be offering a fair amount to someone like me who is matching all the skills and qualifications to this position. Before this answer I would like to know more about my responsibilities regarding this job and definitely I am quite curious to know what is your amount that you offer for this position casually. Then I can go ahead sir.
5. What are your strengths?
A. Sir, I don’t think so that I am very much best at a particular thing or I have mastered something very well. Definitely I will also be lagging in something but so far I believe I am quite good in a professional atmosphere. I just get gel up very soon with any of my colleague, people enjoy my company and I can handle any kind of work pressure. In my previous office also I used to meet all my work with its deadline anyhow and that too with all its success. So I think that I am quite good at all these things and the rest I can only show you once you hire me. That’s my entire side sir.
6. What are your weaknesses?
A. Sir, in my earlier state of career I used to be a very bad public speaker. I really got nervous when I have to face a lot of mob before you and never could even deliver the proper speech. But with passage of time I have accepted this challenge, I struggled a lot and now I guess that I don’t feel any kind of problem, I have overcome the fear of public speaking. So I am OK with it and definitely I must be carrying a lot of other weaknesses also but that doesn’t harm any of my professional careers. So that’s all so far I know about me.
