You should say about yourself


Introduce yourself about you and your family, Your education and work
experience.
If you have not worked anywhere then mention as “Fresher”
Why should I hire you?

You can do the work and deliver exceptional results


You will fit in beautifully and be a great addition to the team
You possess a combination of skills that make you stand out from the
crowd
Because I am the best from the lot, and I am capable off handling any
situations.
Also I am jovial in nature and can gel with the team very easily
What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Hard work normally is a situation where you do certain work without


effective planning
Smart Work:- Being creative and looking for other way to get the work
done. It leads to work done on minimum time.
But Hard work never fails but smart work fails sometimes.
• Hard work is the work in which a person/s put a lot of efforts and the
reward is proportionate to efforts or less than efforts. In a smart work
always rewards are more than proportionate efforts. Hard work need lot
of time, energy and resources. Smart work require optimum time, energy
and resources
What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Sample answer: If you are interviewing for a marketing job, say something
like, "One of my strengths is persuasion. I am a keen observer of people and
quick to discern personalities. It helps me understand people and those
insights help me convert them to my point of view
Weakness:-
Your strategy: Don't pick any weakness that is a fundamental flaw in your
personality as an answer. Instead, choose those that are significant but not
enough to lead the interviewers to form a negative opinion of you. State
your weaknesses and proceed
to explain how you've been working to address them. Or you could choose a
weakness i.e. not directly relevant to the job profile you are interviewing for.
How do you feel about working night & weekends?

If my work is pending, then surely, I do not have any problem in working at
weekends.
And about night shift is I am ready to work in nights but if company provide
full security for girls during night times then working in night is not issue for
me.
I will be there in company any time if my presence require.
OR You can add up as well
I will work as per the company requirements. No problem working for
weekends and night shift.
What are your goals?

Being new to the industry, I’d like to gain valuable insight and experience.
That way,
I’d become more familiar with the field. The skills I could learn in this job
may help me advance my career and teach me about myself as a
professional

My Goal is achieve the top level position in your company and grow with
the company. I want to see me reach in the top.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?

Well I’m really excited about this opening. In the next five years , I would
like to be recognized as an expert in this sector. This job will for sure provide
me with a golden opportunity to do the same.
I have the potential to lead projects, and if I am able to deliver, I am sure
this organization will give me the chance to become one of the fore runners
So five years from now, I want to set up realistic goals for myself and also
for my organization
How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

I’d like to stay a long time if I’m offered the job, since this is where I want to
be.
As long as there’s a lot of work to do, then I’d be happy to stay for a long
time.
Since I’m a busybody, I like to being productive most of the time.
I plan on staying for a long time if I’m offered the job.
I will stay in your company for long time as I wanted to grow in your company
and to achieve my goals of top management
Can you work under pressure?

I enjoy working under pressure because I believe it helps me grow. In my


previous experience, I always worked well during deadlines, and I always
learned how to work more efficiently afterwards.

What makes you Angry?

Lying will immediately show that you are lying, or that you think the
interviewer is not wise, or that you are not self-aware at all.
So, be honest. Also follow up that question with an example of a situation
where you did get angry, as well as how you handled that situation.
However, keep the answer limited to work , and whatever you do, do not
get angry while taking about the incident with the interviewer.

are willing to move be honest with what you want to avoid any issues if you
