1.1 Title of the training: Automobile Maintenance Management and Techniques 1.2 Objective: To provide theoretical and practical knowledge on maintenance management of automobiles and other equipments at managerial level 1.3 Description:The trainees will gain adequate knowledge in fleet and equipment maintenance management in medium and large establishments. The course covers the following topics: Maintenance management concept, principles, objectives, functions, and responsibilities of maintenance organization Maintenance planning, scheduling, coordinating, budgeting, economizing, and evaluating performance of maintenance activities.
