▪ Use available knowledge bases to efficiently and accurately diagnose and resolve hardware or
software related problems to maximise device up time and minimize escalations to Engineers
and Technical Professionals
▪ Correctly identify call types, utilise appropriate system recourse and adhere to logging procedures.
▪ Conduct daily activities in accordance with Huawei’s policies, procedures and code of conduct.
▪ Conduct daily activities in a quality and environmental responsible manner in accordance with
Huawei’s policies.
▪ Performance monitoring of Huawei LTE services, 3G PDP SR, LTE PDN SR & 2G PDP SR
▪ Handle ticket from ICCS/Amdocs CRM ticketing system. Escalate inextricability case via iCare
system
▪ Prepare Daily
▪ Excellent organizational skills and fast learner and able to adopt new skills in short period.
▪ Able to plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including
recruitment, design policy/practices, contracts, training and development, succession planning,
performance appraisal and quality management issues)
