Engineer;
Maayon National High School is continuing to soar high in the climate of quality secondary
education and service to the community- effective and efficient administrators and mentors,
competitive and multi-awarded students, harmonious partnership with the Local Government Unit
and strong community linkages. Thus, we believe we can achieve this by providing good physical
environment and sturdy structures of academic buildings where students can experience
conduciveness of learning.
In this connection, we wish to inform your good office that we would like to request for the
approval of our letter of condemnation of our four (4) academic buildings. Your approval is highly
expected and will be highly appreciated for it will be used as supporting document for the
processing of necessary permits for replacement of new buildings.
Thank you very much and May God continue to bless us all!

SIR:
Greetings in Peace!
Through the years, Maayon National High School- is continuing to soar high in the climate of
quality secondary education and service to the community- effective and competitive and multi-
awarded studentry, harmonious partnership with the Local Government Unit, and strong
community linkage.
In my desire to continue the excellent performance of Maayon National High School, I humbly
and prayerfully soliciting your kind indulgence in a form of any support to help us build the
prioritized projects of the school after typhoon Yolanda struck Maayon NHS. After a week of
assuming my responsibility as the School principal, I have observed the following concerns of the
school:
a. The school needs 5 trucks of gravel and 5 trucks of fertilized soil to fill up the hazardous
area in school.
b. The water catchment needs to be restored to have continuous and ample supply of water
in school.
c. The school needs to hire a school clerk that could help us encode & update the new &
old data of the school forms thru the aid of modern technology and do other clerical
jobs.
Furthermore, giving us a school clerk will be very beneficial not only to the teachers and students
but to our clientele as well for they will be provided with quality time and service.
We will be forever very grateful for the help you have extended to Maayon NHS teachers and
students. We are hoping that this humble request will merit your kind attention and favorable
action.
