3.plant trees develop green belt and promote lush green surroundings at our manufacturing location to work in
harmony with nature

stakeholders .
flexituff have made policy to maintain high standard of health & safety inside the factory premises.
1. Insure the prevention of ill health and injury by implementing the bench mark practices mainly at
material handling ,tape plant , mf , weaving, webbing, liner .lamination, rmd, cutting ,printing ,stitching ,
bailing and loading operation
2. Ensure the employee, contractors ,sub contractors and other agencies entering in the factory premises
are trained on health and safety instruction
Tape plant makes flat tape of fabric which is produce by flat tape extrusion machine .The final product of tape
plant is bobbin.
RAW MATERIAL
PP (polypropylene Homopolymer)
UV (ultra violet)
Material flow
Procedure
1. Firstly 4 kg of tape plant raw material is fed inside the mixer and mixed properly so that material goes to
the hopper in equal quantity.
2. Hopper is a large pyramidal shaped container to hold particulate matter that has been collected from
mixer .hopper are usually installed in groups to allow the raw material on the barrel screw. At the time
of melting of raw material ,cool water is circulated around the barrel so that melted material does not
stick on barrel walls and screw .
3. Air blower is provided for maintaining the temperature of heating zone. Then , that melted material
passes from the screen changer , where the melted material gets filtered so that impurities in the material
are removed and pure melted material goes to the die. And then melted material extruded through the die
lip to the quench water tank .the thickness as well as denier is maintained through the die lip gap .
4. In quench water tank melted material thicker film get cooled and comes to the required shape of tape
and after that pp film passes from cutter where the film get cooled and comes to the required shape of
tape and after that PP film passes from cutter where the film is divided into stripes of tape.
5. Further, these stripes/divided number of tapes are passed to the oven where the heat is provided on the
tape in controlled amount so that tap gets better strength .and two godets pull these taps for maintaining
the grip and at last ,binder binds all these striped tapes around the circular pipe that is known as bobbin.
6. Denier weight per unit length (linear density) measure of a continuous filament or yarn ,used
traditionally in textile industry .it expresses weight in grams of nine kilometers (9000 meters) length of
the material. Therefore lower the denier number , finer the material ,and higher the denier number,
coarser the material .in most countries other than the US ,it has been replaced by the tex system where
one denier equals 1/9th of tex or 10/9th of decitex
Multifilament
The multifilament unit is meant for production of weaving fabric for FIBC. The mixture of raw material of dye
with a preheated tempreture ranging from 231’C to 237’c upon the formation of sheet the filament are
extruded by means of water quenching and shreading into individual strands .1 strand is 0.5 -0.7 mm and each
filament is 119 strands (rashes) and before the final strand is rolled and packed for further processing ir is press
rolled and air colled passing over through rolling drums to impart strength and flexibility to it the final
filament are made by inter windinfg 3 tenures of 1000 filament into each strand making a count of total 3000
tenures which is highly strong and flexible in nature perfect for imparting strong weaving texture for FIBC
fabric.
The weaving plant consist of automated circular looms having an approximate 1200 RPM with power
driven motor drives fixed at the base of it .the needle operation is made with the tape filament as received as the
basic structure of the fabric and made to interlock with each other thus leading to the uniform texture of the
FIBC fabric
700x2.45mm,1900x6mm,1500x3.5mm,2400x10mm,1600x2.30mm recpectively
Webbing plant-
This unit in particular is used for manufacturing of fibc handles otherwise known as belts. The FIBC comes
with standard 4 loops ,2/3 loops and single loop system
.the loop size and thickness are completely based as per the customer requirement and also the amount of load
that the FIBC needs to carry during its real time application. The multifilament obtained is passed to the
webbing unit for the knitting of loops to the FIBC fabric body.the size of the loops varies from the range of 12
mm - maximum 100mm repectively. the selection of colour codding of loop is based upon following
parameter
Planning-
This unit plays the role for coordination among the various others structured pillars required for the
manufacturing of the final product . once the purchase order is issued by marketing team the planning unit goes
for its inventory audit report , the proposal is passed on to the stores
Also after the final BOM is received from the sampling unit the weekly /monthly basis planning is
made by this department Is order to execute the consignment manufacturing within the stipulation of time as per
the commitment provided to the customer . the planning department is responsible for optimum utilization of
the available resources of the organization like the manpower ,equipment inventory .and also the raw material.
Raw material
pp- 85 %
LDP-15 %
Once the fabric comes out of the weaving plant the roll is placed for lamination in a special equipment to carry
out the coating of it . the excess dust or any kind of impurity upon the surface of the fabric Is remove by
automated process and then the lamination sheet is pressed against the FIBC surface by means of rubber roller
bearing a pressure of 5 kg bar .the lamination sheet is pre heated inside the dye at a temperature of 215’c and
then water cool to enhance its quality glossiness before it is being pressed upon the FIBC fabric.
Types of liner
DD liner
Nylon liner
Conductive liner
Procedure-the raw is filled in hopper from which it goes in the screw parcel where the temp-in TO 200 degree
centigrade .This liquid is passes from extrusion to die where die gap is2.5 mm air blower is used to cool the
liner from outside.
.
FIBC PLANT-
INTRODUCTION –this department have various section such as cutting ,printing ,stitching ,folding, bailing.
Types of bag- 4 loop bag ,single loop or design loop bag , 4 panel bad circular bag buff bag, comical bag
Printing section - in this section color coated on fabric .at a time four different color can be coated rubber use
is printing is different.
Stitching section- this department have different type of machine foe stitching .
Bailing section –in this section a bundle of 25 Bags are made and through bailing machine pressure is given
on them to make them tighten
And dispatch .the inspection process can be classified as per the following types.
Incoming inspection:- in this case all the outsourced material required for manufacturing of FIBC namely the
basic raw ingredients like PP and PE and also the special component like the UV pigments are being tested and
verified.
In-process inspection :- this include inspection at each and every step of manufacturing till the final product is
made . the various inspection in this phase include tape inspection ,multifilament inspection ,weaving inspection
, webbing inspection.
Final inspection:- once the final FIBC is made the before the dispatch random sampling of the FIBC is done up
to a 5 in number at max for a particular consignment . The every minute detail like the shape, size ,dimension
and also the be correct then it is made ready for dispatch or else in case of any flaw being detected the
segregation of the lot is made.
INCOTERMS
MODES OF TRANSPORT
INCO TERMS
