FACEBOOK LETTER OF REQUEST

To whom it may concern:

I, Erick Garayblas, is the founder of Kuyi Mobile

(http://www.kuyimobile.com/) and page owner and creator of Kuyi Mobile
Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/kuyimobile). I have been managing
this page for over 6 years. My wife, Phoebe Zuñiga-Garayblas co-manages the
page with me as my co-admin. Kuyi Mobile makes mobile games and we
primarily use Kuyi Mobile's Facebook page to communicate with our players
and run ad campaigns to support our product launches.

A few days ago, I was tricked into registering my page to a scam Facebook
Business Account called "Instant Articles". Because of this, "Instant Articles"
now appears under the Page Owner section of my Facebook page settings,
which you can see in my page's Page Roles section. After further research, I
found out that this Facebook account called "Instant Articles" is a scammer
and has tricked a lot of people and fellow Facebook Page owners like me into
joining their business and eventually stealing their Facebook pages. They
were using Facebook's official logo and even called themselves "Instant
Articles" so that they can trick people into thinking that they are using the
real Facebook Instant Articles product. The scammers removed me as admin
from Kuyi Mobile's Facebook page the other day but my wife was able to
reinstate my admin role back. The scammers have also been using our
Facebook page to post their own content without our consent. Below is the
only information I have from the scammers "Instant Articles" which I hope you
can look into. At the bottom of the page are 3 personal Facebook accounts
associated with "Instant Articles" which I believe the scammers use. If they
can be banned from Facebook, you will be able to help a lot of page owners
whose pages they stole.

I also found a video on YouTube from another Facebook Page Owner whose
page was stolen by the same scammers ("Instant Articles"). The video exposes
their modus and how they steal Facebook pages. If you read the comments
section in the video, you will notice that more people have been scammed as
well.

Because of this, I am requesting that "Instant Articles" be removed as Page

Owner from our Kuyi Mobile Facebook company page
(http://www.facebook.com/kuyimobile) and have the following people be the
sole admins for the page and no one else.

Erick Garayblas - https://www.facebook.com/egarayblas

Phoebe Zuñiga-Garayblas - https://www.facebook.com/phoebsmeister

If possible, please also ban the scammers "Instant Articles" from Facebook
and give back the Facebook pages they stole to their rightful owners.

I declare under penalty of perjury (under the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines) that the foregoing facts are true and correct.
Kind Regards,

Francis Erickson V. Garayblas
