    CHAPTER 1

w hat’s up everyone, My name is, Henry Linen. I was born in the Bronx New York. My father’s name is, Henry Linen. He was born in the Bronx Also. My mother’s name is, Betty Linen and she was born in Georgetown South Carolina. I went to school but I did not finish until the 10 th grade. I really did not like school but I always liked reading and took an interest into making my own money! I had all jobs like packing bags at the supermarket, delivering soda on a family home, sold a business, and selling newspapers on Sundays. Then I started to smoke weed, then I started to sell weed. Then, sometimes, I would sit at home and watch VCR, tapes of movies like Scarface and other drug dealer movies. It even came to a point where I went to prison, like three times for selling drugs. my last prison time was 4 1/2 years. I got tired of the jail life and stay out of there.

Then I finally found a job from a friend around my neighborhood that lives in my building. I asked him if there were any jobs available, where he works at. He said yes, and he gave me the information, and had filled out an application for working in a supermarket. I started as a stock- boy, working in the frozen department, and then I became a delivery worker. I was making tips plus my salary, which made me a good income every year. Then I met an Italian butcher that changed my whole life. He drove up to me in his new red convertible, Corvette, and said, What’s up, Henry? I said that is a nice car. He said he paid cash straight out the lot for it! He was saying something like he made $1000 a week after taxes, and I could too! He said that if I start working as a butcher in the meat department. He was a manager, so he recommended me to the other managers of the company. Like a month or two later, I started working in the meat department. I started with about $17 an hour. That is when people were making $5.50 an hour. My son was about to be born. Then he was born, as Divine R. linen..

I have worked there for 17 years then I got laid off. My healthcare had got cut off, plus my life insurance was too expensive to buy again, because it was a group life insurance. So I told my mother that I didn’t any life insurance. Then the union had put me in to another unionized supermarket. Five years later, I get laid off again during the Covid incident. So now, I was left with a 23-year-old pension, my IRA account, and my life insurance policy still growing. My unemployment checks were ending, and I had only8 pay checks left. I do not know what to do at this moment.

How I financed myself publishing book with 4% interest!

I always wanted to self-publish my own book. I always wanted to own my own business. And with my business mindset, I have achieved this strategy. I used my income, over time money, and one of my cash value life Insurance policies to pay off my self-publishing book. I used it with a three-month installment payment. The first month, I had used my overtime money and my income, to pay my first months self-publishing payment, which was $700. The next month, I had used the cash value of $1800 to pay off my second payment of $700. Then I would pay off the $700 with my income and overtime and my cash value of, $1100 left over that same month. I would wait for 30 days and receive $1800 cash back to borrow again. Then, I would wait for 30 days. The next month I had used my cash value of $1800 to pay off My third self-publishing payment,. At the end of the month, all I had to pay myself back, my job and overtime money. Then I would wait for the next month or 30 days and get back the whole, $1800, which I borrowed. Then I would pay off the third self by self-publishing payment of $700 at the end of the month I pay off the $700 with my job in overtime money. Which would be $1800 to borrow again for the next month, and then strategy would be completed! Now I can borrow $1800, with my cash value. to buy more assets. I also use
