Infox can provide you with the perfect embedded solution, An embedded systems can be
defined as computer systems interacting with the physical environment for measuring and
controlling purposes. Often they are not perceived as computer systems at all, and the main
reason for buying usually is to automate or monitor physical real world processes. Nowadays
embedded systems are very much part of everyday life; application areas include avionics
(flight-by-wire), automotive (engine control, airbag control, ABS, ESP, etc),
telecommunication (cell phones, telecom switches), consumer electronics (DVD player, AV/R
receivers, PDAs), and many more.
Infox has expertise in modern system design, firmware writing and embedded systems design
capabilities. The most frequent processors we are using are:
Textile ERP
The majority of Textile ERP installations have had limited impact on business performance and in-fact
just add a new layer of administration. This is because the bases of the implementation is
wrong. Most companies simply translate the working practice from paper based to computer with
little or no integration of processes. The physical functioning of the organization remains the same,
and so limited improvement or benefit is achieved. In-fact the introduction of IT merely adds another
layer of administration, which can slow the production process.
The majority of the failures in ERP implementation has been in Textiles as this sector involves to most
integration of processes as the production, management, sales, and planning processes are tightly
integrated and wholly influenced by each other. Stock is purchased and inventory is managed based
on customer demand and requirements. Most companies operate on an on-demand production
model, which requires decision makers to have relevant up-to date information in order to manage
the performance and maximize the use of available resources.
The key to a successful ERP implementation is the design of the data gathering process. This is the
down fall of most ERP systems as the data gathering is both limited, and involves manual data entry.
Limited data means limitations on the functionality of the ERP system, and manual data entry mean
data lags, and multi entry of the same information. This limited model of data entry impacts on the
depth and breath of available data, which compromises the uses ability to make timely and accurate
decisions.
The textile industry has a number of unique features that make it different from other manufacturing
sectors. Customizing a general ERP solution for textile use is therefore an extremely demanding and
difficult task. Often the people doing the customization don't have specific expertise for the textile
sector but even those experts that have the necessary expertise will agree that the requirements of a
textile ERP are not catered for by existing generic ERP software, and so limit the benefits of the
solution they are able to produce.
Opting for a custom built solution is an even bigger challenge as the complexities involved in
developing a normal ERP solution are so huge that most such project fail within the first year, and
never get to actual implementation stage. The question that should be asked by anyone thinking of
implementing their own ERP solution is why do people pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to
companies like SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft if developing and ERP solution was that easy. It has taken
Infox over five years to get to a stage where we can offer an ERP solution to industry.
Infox has developed an IT framework for the Textile industry that facilitates the needs of all clients.
We understand that our clients have varying needs, and are at different stages of their IT evolution.
Infox has stuck to its core principal and that is to meet the individual needs of clients rather than
dictate the path we support our clients on their journey. The Infox EPR solution is modularized and
facilitates clients by allowing them to pick the modules they need. We understand that clients have
existing investments and working process that are embedded in their organization so we offer our
clients technology that taken them to the next stage of their IT journey.

This is achieved by giving our clients a framework which consists of efficient data gathering, in depth
data processing, and multi-platform data access. We provide our client with the tools they need,
which could be the complete ERP suite, or just individual modules to complete their own EPR system.
The Infox modularized ERP framework is unique as it allows clients who have identify the gaps in their
existing system to fill the gaps without having to start again. This unique approach also allows clients
to implement an ERP strategy in phases so the business and workers do not have a steep learning
curve or have to face sudden process changes.
The solution being offered by Infox will provide the enterprise with a foundation to allow it to achieve
unparalleled levels of efficiency, and enterprise manageability. Infox is able to make these claims as
we have the knowledge and technical know how and ability to deliver such a solution. ERP’s impact

The Infox ERP solution is based on the latest data modeling and dispersed communication architecture
facilitating open connectivity from any platform or system. The ERP solution has been developed with
use of multiple data gathering methods with a view to capture maximum data at source with
minimum user input. The biggest challenge in any textile ERP implementation is the gathering of data.
Infox has already developed proven data gathering technology, which is able to operate in the most
demanding environment. Infox has develop a range of data input and gathering devices, which have
enabled the first truly real-world integrated ERP solution for the textile industry. The data gaps and
time lag inputs that exist in all current textile ERP’s are not a factor with the Infox ERP.
The Infox EPR system penetrates the whole enterprise and provides support to every process
currently running in the enterprise. Managers are able to see the impact and usage of every
resources in the enterprise, and can track every asset, inventory item, and stock item to ensure they
are contributing with maximum efficiency to the overall goals and aims ensuring maximum success for
the business.
In todays changing and demanding business environment the Infox ERP solution will help the business
to maximize current opportunities, and will prepare the business with the ability to manage any new
demands that the future may bring.
The Infox open framework allows integration of any module or data gathering device with existing
systems. This provides a pathway for clients to partner with Infox to enhance their existing system,
which not only provided a cost efficient path but also can act as a catalyst to release the locked
potential of their systems.

Infox Architecture
The architecture has three layers:
The Data Gathering layer:- This facilitates the gathering of data from the real world processes and
consists on embedded devices, dedicated data input terminals, and GUI inputs like PC’s, Tablets, or
Mobile.
The Data Processing Layer:- This combines the data inputs with business logic to provide insight into the
organizational performance through reporting, alerting, and prompting.
The Data Store Layer:- Holds raw and processed data and supports data flow and availability to
connected processes.
The Design of the architecture allows each layer to function independently and can be further split by
module. The area of concern for most existing ERP implementation has traditionally been the data
gathering layer so with Infox technology clients can now bridge the gaps in their existing ERP. Modules
with limited data gathering can be enhanced with the infox data gathering layer. 8

Getting the real world data into the EPR system has been the biggest challenge and most systems have had
limited success in this area. Traditionally data has been entered into systems by data entry personal via data
entry terminals. Data entry in this manner works when the data flow is at the same speed as the data entry
process. With textiles the data is produced and flows much faster than it is possible for manual entry.
Textiles is further complicated by the data flow and connectivity between processes as one process feeds into
the next and so data is required to be feed in at the speed of the process flow. Many organizations have
discovered that their ERP dream falls sort due to this data flow problem, and never get beyond implementing
finance, HR, and sales.
Infox designers realized from the start that they needs an efficient data gathering framework, which
facilitates multiple date input points and types. Infox has developed two main data gathering modules:-
The infox real-time process monitoring can gather production data from any automated machine process, and
is best suited for simultaneous multi machine gathering. Infox has based its own machine eyes loom
monitoring solution on this framework, which allows automated data gathering directly from the automated
processes. This framework was developed using industrial wireless protocol which is able to operate in the
harshest environment, and is able to maintain 100% data integrity. The wireless devices are able to gather
data directly from the automated process by connecting to the process or machine, and then communicate
that data back to the ERP software for analysis and processing.
The Infox Multi-Purpose Data Input Terminal has been designed so it can be attached to any data point in the
information flow process. Using the terminal data can be gathered at the point of processing so physical flow
and the ERP data flow are maintained in synchronization. The input terminal also allows operators to gain
access to ERP data thus facilitating data flow between processes. The Infox ERP system uses this technology
as the main data gathering tool, by attaching these terminals to data points throughout the textile
information flow. Data input terminals are used to gather stock room, warping process, sizing process,
inspection process, inventory store, delivery management, and gate control information. The terminal design
allows any type of data to be gathered. Features include digital touch screen, RF-ID, input Key pad, Multi
Sensor feeds, USB ports, Barcode Reader, and Barcode printer.
Infox have developed a data gathering layer which can be used independently from any ERP implementation.
This independent operational feature allows Infox to offer their technology to all ERP systems. Infox
understands that many clients have already started their journey to the ERP dream, and also realize that most
of these clients are unable to overcome the limitations of their information gathering. Now with the
technology Infox has developed clients can move their ERP forward to realize the real ERP dream. Infox data
gathering layer can be integrated with all ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, and in-house systems.

This is the era of information technology and everyone has access to information. Lives of human
beings are all deviated and they can access the benefits of cutting edge technologies. Wireless Intrusion
Detection Systems are used as a second level protection for protecting the perimeter of a sensitive area
already guarded by an existing boundary wall. It can generate immediate alert on detection of
unwanted intrusion.
Infox jinn wireless intrusion detection system will detect intrusion automatically, through multi-level
detection mechanism (IR sensor & motion sensor) and will generate multi-level alert (buzzer, images,
segment illumination, SMS) to notify security officers, owners and also illuminate the particular
segment where the intrusion happened. This system will enable the authority to quickly handle the
emergency through identification of the area of incident quickly, and to take action.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The collecting optics of passive sensor is decisive for quality of device operation as well as effects
quantity and spectral composition of the radiation focused on a detector. The detector integrates
optical signal over its surface and converts it into an electrical signal. Electrical systems for signal
conversion amplify and filter the signal that is next analyzed by an automated decisive system.
Frequency and noise characteristics of electronics system influence on correctness of the final analysis
of the signal, the result of which is decision about object detection.
Passive radiation sensors are used for detection of objects crossing the optical barrier. The Long
wavelength detection band is chosen to significantly lower intensity of reflected solar radiation, and is
ability to operate in rugged environments. The application of optical filters, and cutting the radiation of
the wavelength shorter than 8 micro-meters significantly decreases the level of false alarms.

Detection
The perimeter of the boundary is segmented into multiple straight-line segments of length <=250
meters. The following Figure illustrates ten-segment intrusion detection system. Then, each segment is
protected against intrusion using a pair of Wireless Intrusion Detection units. There is no limit to the
number of segments that can be used to protect a long boundary wall.
With a ten-segment intrusion detection system as shown in Figure this will include ten Wireless
Intrusion Detection units, wireless routers for data communication to a remote computer (central
security office) and software at the central security office for visualization, report generation and data
analysis
