Volunteer Call Parkin2019
Jugendhaus “park in” has been hosting volunteers for years. We are now looking for a volunteer
for 2019-2020 and are excited to receive applications!
➢ The target group of “park in” is youngsters between 12 and 19 years, coming from
different social and educational backgrounds. Most of the young visitors live in the
communities between Innsbruck and Hall in Tirol and spend their leisure time in and
around the youth center. Some of them are young refugees, a majority come from
different countries. They are supported by youth workers and can talk to them about
their interests and needs.
➢ The youth center “park in” offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. The main
meeting point is the Youth Café (a bar area you see above). There are furthermore an
outdoor skateboard area, pool billiard, disco area, recording studio, table tennis, DJ
workstation, free internet access, cooking facilities, concert and music facilities,
workshop rooms and more.
➢ Teenagers can seek support or advice from the youth workers or can simply spend their
free time at the youth center and meet their friends.
