    National and Local Day Election May, 2019

    May 3, 2019 @ 8:00 – 12:00 Noon

     Election briefing regarding the general instructions on election day


    held at the Mandaue Sport Complex.

     Checking the names of voters listed in EDCVL and PCVL.

    May 10, 2019 @ 8:00 a.m. – 12:oo Noon

     Getting of VCM and VRVMS for Final Testing and Sealing done in our
    respective polling precinct.
     FTS were successfully done.

    May 12, 2019 @ 11:00 a.am. – 4:00 P.M.

     Submitted the FTS Report at the COMELEC Office.

     Getting of EDCVL, and PCVL as well as other paraphernalia at the


    COMELEC office.
     Prepared the classroom we used as polling precinct.

    May 13, 2019 @ 3:00 A.M.. – 11:00 P.M.

     Got the Official ballots at the City Treasurers Office.


     Performed the duties as member of the electoral board.
     Submitted all the election paraphernalia at the Mandaue City Sports
    Complex and at the COMELEC office.
