analytical, critical thinking, investigative problem-solving skills necessary to manage & control opportunities within
power plant, petrochemical, refining and fertilizer market, where I dealt very closely with plant problems and learned
how operation and maintenance deal with those problems? I use sophisticated strategies to consistently build &
improve business performance. I have many achievements in problems solving, team leading, innovation and
training.
My exceptional people management, interpersonal and consultative skills with my Asset Performance &
Management skills to forge impactful union that enables me to work cohesively with key stakeholders while
delivering vision, leadership, courage necessary to transform operations.
Identified & implemented improvements through the aging plants life assessment, failure investigation conditions
assessment, reliabilities studies and mechanical integrity analysis.
Introduced the Anomaly Review Process (based on Risk Based Assessment), weekly anomaly review meetings
which helped reduce backlog of open PMs, corrective actions & improve the interaction between the engineering,
integrity & service delivery teams to agree & implement corrective actions where asset performance was
compromised.
Introduced proactive Asset Integrity & Reliability Management through robust integrity, reliability & corrosion
management practices which is part of overall plant management system & Asset Management Plan.
I utilized my expertise in upstream, midstream, and downstream assets within oil and gas sector to appropriately
manage risk & increase asset performance. My vast areas of expertise include: Failure Analysis, Life Assessment,
Fitness-for-Service, Condition Assessment, Metallography Analysis, Welding Inspection, Corrosion Risk
Assessment, Defect/Anomaly Assessments, Plant Inspection, Plant Life Management, Materials Selections,
Management and Elimination, as well as Integrity & Quality Assurance.
I am actively engaged in day-to-day running and supervision of failure analysis, life assessment, materials selection,
high temperature degradation, and corrosion control projects. Most of these projects are aimed at solving the
corrosion and other types of materials degradation problems affecting petrochemical processing industries.
