 Asset Management Strategy


 Lead and implement the Genentech/Roche Asset Management Strategy and associated program. This
includes maintenance strategy and program coordination, and decision-making, appropriate to the
equipment and its owner.
 Develop and maintain a strategic capital improvement plan for the site.
