I have over 10 years of working experience in major donor funded projects such as ADH Germany, EU,
UNICEF, WFP, FAO, DIAC and last but not the least DFID with different national and international
organizations. My areas of expertise are community mobilization, community development, need assessments,
monitoring and evaluation, baselines, end-lines & impact evaluation, developing quality reports, program
planning, implementation and management, supervised teams up to 60 individuals, KAP surveys, survey tools
design, data collection using variety of tools like SIs, SSIs, KIIs, FGDs, data validation, back checking (telephonic
back check, hard vs soft check for data integrity), data entry, data cleaning and data analysis in excel, SPSS and
MaxQDA. Moreover, I have experience of working in the projects like security & justice (Rule of Law),
education, DRR, MCH, Health & Nutrition, FSL, food distributions, enterprise development and cash for work
in emergencies and cash grants. I have been involved in planning, designing and executing various research
studies. I have worked with Expat staff in different organizations and learnt a lot from their experience. I am a
keen learner and always looking for opportunities to learn new things to enhance and sharpen my knowledge
and experience.
