Capote was born in New Orleans, Louisiana His parents divorced when he was four and sent him to
Monroeville, alabama state On Saturdays, he traveled from Monroville to neighboring Mobile, a city on
the Gulf Coast, and once sent his story “Old Mrs Bizibadi” to a children's literary contest, where he
received privileges for downplaying at a literary institution. At the beginning of his professional career,
he wrote short stories. In 1943–46, Capote wrote a number of works — Miriam, My Side in Business,
Close the Last Door (O. Henry Prize in 1948). His stories are published both in literary quarterly
publications and in popular magazines — Atlantic Monthly, Harpers Bazar, Harpers Magazine,
Mademoiselle, New Yorker.
One of them, titled "Miriam" (1945), was a success with critics and attracted the attention of Bennett
Cerf from the Random House publishing house, and Capote was contracted to write the novel "Other
Voices, Other Rooms" (1948). The cold-blooded murder, a journalistic investigation into the murder in
his own home of a farming family in Kansas, brought him the greatest fame. Capote spent four years
writing this book with the support of Harper Lee, with whom he had been friends all his life. Truman
died on August 25, 1984. His ashes until 2005 were kept in his close friend John Karston. After the death
of Karston in 2005, the fate of the ashes of Truman Capote is not known.

he still loves her, but Holly has no feelings for Doc. During the meeting between Paul and Doc, Paul finds
a ring in a package with sweets as a prize and, visiting Holly’s favorite jewelry store, he gives the ring to
the jeweler asking him to engrave it.

end of the evening, but the next day Holly ignores Paul, and a few days later tells him that she is
marrying Brazilian rich man José, whom she met at a party. The girl is looking forward to a new life - she

jail for one night, but this case, caught in the newspaper, will not allow Jose to marry a scandalous
person. Paul is told to collect all the things Holly has and go after her to the station. When they take a
taxi, he tells her that Jose sent a letter of unpleasant content, but the girl is adamant that she tells the
taxi driver to continue to go to the airport anyway, since she has never been to Brazil.

between the characters, and Paul leaves the car, throwing a box with an engraved ring on Holly’s lap.
This becomes a turning point in Holly's life. She puts the ring on her finger, then jumps out of the car
and runs to look for a previously ejected cat, Paul is watching for this. On the street a heavy downpour.
Finding a cat in one of the boxes in the garbage, Holly takes it and goes to Paul. Heroes kiss. This action
