Andhra Pradesh has a rich source of Man Power (Semi-skilled and skilled)
Making it an idealistic destination for manufacturing sectors.
Having large number of Sea Ports, Airports , Road & Railway network
(Table 1).
After the post Bifurcation, Govt of AP is aggressively promoting industrial
development through attractive industrial policies, incentives and campaign
through Global summits.
Due to demand in Automobile sector, Government of Andhra Pradesh
initiated development of the industrial park in Ananthapur due to plenty of
uncultivated land available which attract investors from the neighboring
states.
Near by other industries depicted in Fig.2.

Water supply is 3.5 million liters/day out of The power supply will be drawn from
this 2.5 Million/liters/day will be treated existing nearest 132/33 kV Sub-station from
waste water from CETP. Boksampalli & Suburayinapalli Substations.
Average water demand for Employees 65 33/11 kV substation is proposed for project
liters/ capacity/day site

535.5 Acres as Main project @ 6 lack/ acre (Rs.6.00 Lakh per acre in deferred
payment with 25% in June 2017, another 25% by July 2017 & rest by January 2019)
36 acres of land @ Rs.6.00 Lakh per acre in deferred payment mode for Township.
11.20 Acres as Training centre for 1lack/acre (Rs.1.00 Lakh per acre in deferred
payment with 25% in May 2017, another 25% by June 2017 and rest by June 2018).
30 acres of land @ Rs.6.00 Lakh per acre for Truck Terminal in deferred payment .
50 acres of land @ Rs.6.00 Lakh per acre for Railway siding in deferred
payment . It was also agreed to take up the matter of railway siding with Central
Government.
NOTE- All the above will be applied from Date of Commencement of Commercial Production.
