INTERPRETATION-It was inferred that 71% knew about demat account and 29%
didn’t knew
FINDINGS

 I found out people were having a positive response in investing in national


pension system.
 They were lured to tax benefits from the scheme.
 Also it was considered as the cheapest retirement plan for individuals as
compared to employment provident fund and public provident fund.
 People considered investing in share market as a risky operation
 They were ready to open demat accounts but were
 Not interested in trading.

CONCLUSION

Coming to research point of view people were interested in opening NPS who had started their
jobs as freshers.
