The boy’s hand shook as he tried to control his temper. Steam was practically puffing out of her mouth as she
fumed.

I could feel my blood boil when I saw my things were
messed up by my little sisters. The kid threw a tantrum and bit her nails forcefully.

The two boys were fighting in class. When the teacher saw them, steam was practically puffing out of her
mouth as she fumed. They did not stop and ignored her. The teacher saw red and her face was as black as soot.
She finally hit the roof. She yanked them and roared angrily. The two boys finally stopped fighting and silence
rang in the classroom as the teacher looked at them angrily.
When His Puppy Died

His heart broke when he saw how weak his puppy was. A dark cloud loomed over his head as his face
darkened with misery. His face was blank except for the sadness in his eyes. He took a deep breath and sighed
loudly when the vet told him that there was nothing he could do for his puppy.
His eyes drooped in despair. When he could no longer hold back his tears, he sucked his lips till they
swelled and he sobbed and cried. He blew his nose into the handkerchief and sniffled after a good cry. He finally
agreed to the vet’s suggestion to put his puppy to sleep. He cried mournfully when the poor creature finally died.
The Victory

The girls in the basketball team shrieked hysterically when they made it to the finals in the basketball
competition. Feeling jubilant after their win, the teammates high-fived one another. Everyone by the side lines
rejoiced and started clapping loudly.
The coach was in seventh heaven when the result was announced. The coach swelled with pride when he
heard the team’s named being announced as finalists and a hoarse chortle escaped his throat. The supporters of
the girls shouted in unison and cheered excitedly. Some of the supporters even broke into a dance and started
hugging one another.
SHOPPING WITH MY MOTHER

The air –conditioned shopping centre was a cool relief from the hot sun. However, the crowded shopping
centre was a very noisy place to be on a weekend. Adding to the noise, music streamed from the overhead
speakers as shoppers walked around. Although the shopping centre was newly opened. It was already bustling
with shoppers. Mother was one of those eager shoppers.

We were in the fifth shoe shop. Mother slipped her feet into the soft leather shoes and walked around the
shop, testing it for comfort. I was stretching myself restlessly as I was bored by my Mother’s shopping. Luckily,
my smartphone had been keeping me company.
The Zoo

The minute we walked into the Zoological Gardens, we were greeted by a proud peacock that displayed its
plumage of feathers. It was a beautiful animal. The next moment we caught sight of some brown-spotted giraffes
feeding on leaves on trees. It was really an amazing sight.
Moving on, we reached the monkeys' enclosure and it was their feeding time. The monkeys squealed in
delight when the zookeeper gave them a treat. We walked on and we saw a black panther. The black cat had
luminous yellow eyes that glowed in the dark.
Finally, we saw a huge elephant taking a bath in its enclosure. The elephant sprayed water all over its
coarse skin with its long trunk. The elephant trumpeted noisily as it played in the water.

The zoo is a really fun place.
