Note to the educator

What  does  sin  look  like  in  the  classroom?  It’s  any  situation  that  requires  teacher  intervention.
When  a  student  acts  out,  we  must  take  care  of  it.  Turning  a  blind  eye  to  misbehavior  or  acts  of
unkindness  can  condone  the  behavior.  As  Christian  educators,  we  can  identify  misbehavior  as
sin  in  our  minds  because  we  know  that  anything  that  is  not  done  God’s  way  is  sinful.  When  our
Y

hearts  are  pierced  to  take  action  against  misbehavior,  we  must  act  on  it.  Making  an  example  of
one  student’s  wrong  doings  can  save  both  him/her  and  any  future  acts  that  others  may  be
considering.  Ignoring  the  problem  and  hoping  it  goes  away,  never  solves  it.  Be  motived  by  this

awesome  gift  of  eternal  life  to  those  of  us  who  know  that  Jesus  Christ  our  Lord  has  freely  given
eternal  life  to  those  who  love  Him.

Please  pray  for  the  student  who  is  quiet  most  of  the  time.

Quote for the day

It  takes  a  great  deal  of  bravery  to  stand  up  to  our  enemies,  but  just  as  much  to  stand  up  to  our
friends.   J.K.  Rowling,  Harry  Potter  and  the  Sorcerer’s  Stone
