Scope of Work of S/4 HANA Implementation

1. Objective

Deployment (installation, commissioning, data and service migration of the current ERP
capabilities, integration with Robi echo systems, SIT, testing, UAT and launching) of S/4 Hana
for Robi Axiata (Bangladesh) Limited for its whole Business operation. It also includes end to
end project management and post go live operation support.

2. Background Information

Robi has existing ERP system which is being used since last 12 years. Our hardware lifecycle
will be ended soon. In addition the mainstream support for the ECC platform will be ending in
2025 which is currently associated to our business operation.

With the main purpose of ERP platform migration, Robi is also intended to have S/4 Hana
solution, the next generation business suit based on In-memory database Hana technology
which is the core of the ‘Digital Enterprise’ As this technology will not only support business
but also will guide our organization.

3. Functional Requirements

Supplier needs to ensure end to end planning, project management, installation, migration
strategy, warranty and support for overall solution.

4. Delivery Schedule

Post Go-live support (onsite) & Final Acceptance(FAC) 2 Months
Warranty (after Post Go-live support, from the date of FAC) 10 Months
Additional support after warranty period 5 Years

6. Personnel Specification

The implementation Team must be accustomed with mentioned job, adequate knowledge on
S/4 Hana Implementation and solution deployment, integration with Various external
systems like Sales tracking system, web sales, ESS, MSS, automatic payment with external
banks’ systems.
