1 润滑油系统

I. Lube Oil System

1.1 润滑油系统的作用

Function of Lube Oil System

润滑油系统图参见图 141A.551Q-5。

The drawing for lube oil system shall refer to Drawing 141A.551Q-5.

润滑油系统的作用是给汽轮发电机的支持轴承、推力轴承和盘车装置

提供润滑,为氢密封系统供备用油以及为操纵机械超速脱扣装置供压力

油。

The lube oil system is to supply the lube oil to thrust bearing, journal

bearing and turning gear of steam turbine and supply backup oil for

hydrogen sealing system as well as supply pressurized oil for

mechanical overspeed tripping device.

润滑油系统由汽轮机主轴驱动的主油泵、冷油器、顶轴装置、盘车装置、
排烟系统、油箱、油箱管路及附件、油处理系统管路及附件、润滑油泵、
事故油泵、启动油泵(氢密封备用油泵)、油净化装置、滤油装置、油箱
电加热器、油位开关、油位指示器、套装油管路、阀门、各种监测仪表等

The lube oil system consist of main oil pump driven by main shaft, oil

cooler, oil jacking device, turning gear, mist exhaust system, oil tank, oil

tank piping and accessories, oil treatment system piping and

accessories, AC lube oil pump, DC emergency pump, Hp start-up oil

pump(Hydrogen seal oil spare), Oil purification system, Oil filter,

Electrical heater of oil tank, Oil level switch, oil level indicator, Guarded

oil piping ,valve, various supervision instrument etc.

1.2 供油系统

Oil Supplying System

1.2.1 润滑油

Lube Oil

润滑油系统中使用的油必须是高质量、均质的精炼矿物油,并且

必须添加防腐蚀和防氧化的成份。此外,它不得含有任何影响润滑性能的

其他杂质,润滑油牌号为 32L-TSA/GB11120-89 透平油。

The oil for lube oil system shall be good and homogeneous refined

mineral oil with anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation agent added. Beside, it

shall be free of other foreign material which will influence the

performance of lube oil. The designation of lube oil is

32L-TSA/GB11120-89 turbine oil.

为了保持润滑油的完好,使润滑油系统部件和被润滑的汽轮发电

机部件不被磨损,润滑油的特性需要做一些特殊考虑,最基本的是:油的

清洁度、物理和化学特性,恰当的贮存和管理以及恰当的加油方法。

In order to remain the soundness of lube oil to prevent the erosion

between parts of lube oil system and lubricated parts of steam

turbine-generator, some special items shall be considered for the

characteristics of lube oil. The basic point is: cleanliness, physical and

chemical characteristics, proper storage and management and

appropriate oil filling method.

为了提高汽轮发电机组零部件的使用寿命,对于油的清洁度和油温

的要求尤其严格。汽轮机投运前的油冲洗和油取样及清洁度等级的评定按

国家标准执行。

In order to improve the life span of parts of steam turbine, the

cleanliness and temperature of oil are strictly required. The oil flushing,

oil sampling and cleanliness class evaluation before operation of steam

turbine shall be performed according to state standard.

1.2.2 供油系统的设备

Equipment of Oil Supplying System

润滑油系统基本上由下列设备组成。

Basically, the lube oil system is composed by the equipments as

follows:

1.2.2.1 一只正常运行油位为 20.658m3 的圆筒形卧式油箱,由钢板卷制焊

接而成。一般它都安装在厂房零米地面的汽轮发电机组前端。油箱顶部焊

有圆形顶板,交流润滑油泵、直流事故油泵、排烟装置、启动油泵(氢密

封备用油泵)、油位指示器、油位开关等都装在顶板上。油箱内装有射油

器、电加热器及连接管道、阀门等。油箱顶部开有人孔,装有垫圈和人孔

盖,安全杆横穿过人孔盖,固定在壳体上的固定块上。油箱底部有法兰连

接的排油孔,运输时,这些孔需堵上。

One cylinder horizontal oil tank with effective capacity of 20.658M is

made by steel plate rolling and welding. In general, it shall be installed

in front of steam turbine at floor. The round cover is welded on the top of

the oil tank. AC lube oil pump, DC emergency oil pump, exhaust device,

Hp start-up oil pump(Hydrogen seal oil spare), oil level indicator and oil

level switch are installed on the top cover. The oil ejector, electrical

heater and connecting pipe as well as valves are installed in the oil tank.

There is manhole on the top of oil tank with gasket and manhole cover.

The safety bar goes through the manhole cover and is fixed on the shell.

There is oil discharging hole connected by flange at the bottom of oil

tank. The hole shall be plugged during transportation.

1.2.2.2 汽轮机主轴驱动的主油泵是蜗壳式离心泵,安装在前轴承箱中的

汽轮机外伸轴上。在启动和停机时,必须向泵提供压力油。主油泵的进油

管和Ⅰ#射油器出口相连接。排出压力油管进入油箱和射油器进口管相连

接。

The main oil pump driven by main shaft of steam turbine is vortex

centrifugal pump which is installed on the extended shaft of steam

turbine rotor in the front pedestal. During the startup and shutdown, the

pressurized oil must be supplied to the pump. The inlet pipe of main oil

pump is connected with the outlet of I# oil ejector. The discharged oil

pipe enters oil tank and is connected with the inlet pipe of oil ejector.

正常运行时,主油泵供给汽轮发电机组的全部用油,它包括轴承用油、机

械超速脱扣和手动脱扣用油、高压氢密封备用油。

During normal operation, the main oil pump will supply all oil for steam

turbine including the oil for bearing, mechanical overspeed tripping and

manual tripping as well as high pressure hydrogen sealing backup.

1.2.2.3 一台交流电动机驱动的润滑油泵,安装在油箱的顶板上。该泵

是垂直安装的离心泵,能保持连续运行。该泵完全浸没在油中,经过油泵

底部的滤网吸油,泵排油至主油泵进油管及经冷油器至轴承润滑油母管。

该泵只在起动和停机阶段,当主油泵排油压力较低时使用。该泵由三个压

力开关 02、03、13 和装在控制室内的三位开关控制。一个装在泵出口的

止逆阀防止油从系统中倒流。

Lube oil pump driven by one AC motor is installed on the top cover of oil

tank. The centrifugal pump is installed vertically, to maintain continuous

operation. The pump is completely submerged in oil, oil from the filter of

the bottom of oil tank was picked up, oil discharge of the pump to the

main pump inlet pipe and through to the bearing lubrication oil cooler

header. The pump is only starting and stopping at stages, when the

main pump discharge oil pressure of the main pump is lower. The pump

was controled by three pressure switches 02、03、13 and the three

switch in the control room. One check valve in the pump outlet prevent

oil from the returning back to the system.

1.2.2.4 一台直流电动机驱动的事故油泵,安装在油箱顶板上。该泵是

一台垂直安装的离心式泵,能保持连续运行。它是交流润滑油泵的备用泵。

它只在紧急情况下使用,如交流电断电或轴承油压由于某种原因而不能维

持正常等。该泵由电站蓄电池系统供电,由三个压力开关 01、04、14 和

装在控制室内的三位开关控制。一个止逆阀防止系统中油倒流。

One emergency oil pump driven by DC motor is installed on the top

cover of oil tank. This pump is vertical centrifugal pump which is able to

work continuously. It is the backup pump of AC lube oil pump. It is only

used to emergency condition such as power of AC is off or abnormality

of bearing oil pressure due to some reason. The pump is powered by

the power station battery system and was controled by three pressure

switches 01、04、14 and the three switch in the control room. A check

valve to prevent oil from returning back to system.

1.2.2.5 两个装在油面下管道上的射油器。射油器主要由喷嘴、混合室、

喉部和扩散段组成。喷嘴进口和提供动力油的主油泵出口相连。油通过喷

嘴到混合室,然后进入射油器喉部,最后进入扩散段。油通过喷嘴时,速

度增加,这种高速油通过混合室,在混合室中产生一个低压区,使油从油

箱中吸入混合室,然后被高速油带入射油器喉部。油通过喉部进入扩散段,

在扩散段油的速度能转换成压力能。Ⅰ#射油器出口油送往主油泵进油

口;Ⅱ#射油器出口油通过冷油器、滑油过滤器,由管道送入轴承润滑油

母管。扩散段后面各装有一个止逆阀,以防止油从系统中倒流。在混合室

进油面上装有一块止逆板,防止主油泵工作时油倒流进油箱。为防止异物

进入射油器,在射油器的吸油侧装有一可拆卸的多孔钢板滤网。

Two oil ejectors are installed on the pipe under oil level, which consist of

nozzle, mixing chamber, throat and diffuser. Nozzle inlet is connected

with MOP outlet that supplies power oil. Oil enters mixing chamber

through nozzle and then enters the throat area of oil ejector and finally

enters diffuser. Oil is accelerated when passing nozzle and then goes

through the mixing chamber and creates a LP area to absorb oil from

tank to mixing chamber. The absorbed oil enters throat area together

with high speed oil. The oil enters diffuser through throat area and the

kinetic energy of oil is transferred into pressure energy in diffuser. The

oil from I# oil ejector outlet enters MOP inlet. The oil from II # oil ejector

enters the bearing after going through oil cooler and filter. A check plate

is installed in each diffuser rear to prevent oil from returning to tank

when MOP working. A perforated steel strainer which could be

disassembled is installed at the suction side of oil ejector to prevent

foreign matters from entering oil ejector.

1.2.2.6 一只由滤网组成的滤油器,安装在油箱内的回油槽上。滤网是

圆筒形的,由滤网和带孔金属网架组成。它嵌入槽底割出的开口内。槽中

回油靠重力流进滤网滤油器顶部,从滤油器侧面和底面流入油箱。滤油器

顶部装有一个手柄,通过上方一只检修口可把滤网取出,便于随时清洗或

调换,但在机组运行期间不允许在没有滤网的情况下运行。

A filter made of strainer is installed on oil returning slot in oil tank. It is

cylinder type and made of strainer and metal frame. It is imbedded in

the opening at slot bottom. The oil in slot will enters filter top by the help

of gravity of returned oil and then enters the oil tank from the side and

bottom of oil filter. A handle is installed on filter top. The strainer can be

taken out through the repair holes to clean or displace. Operation

without strainer is not allowed.

1.2.2.7 两台安置在油箱附近的冷油器,无论哪台泵供轴承润滑油,都

需经冷油器以调节油温。油在冷油器壳体内绕管束循环,管内通冷却水。

在正常情况下,任何时候都只有一台冷油器在工作,另一台备用。通向冷

油器的油由手动的六通阀控制,该阀把油通向两台冷油器中的任何一台,

且允许不切断轴承油路情况下切换冷油器。两台冷油器进口通过一连通管

和截止阀联接起来。截止阀可使备用冷油器充满油做好随时投入的准备。

如果冷油器不是板式冷油器,每一台冷油器壳体上都有连通管通向油箱。

连通管从顶部进入油箱伸至正常油位以上区域。运行人员从每条管路上的

一只流量窥视孔能确定是否有油流经冷油器。随着截止阀的开启,两只流

量窥视孔中都充满了油。

Two oil coolers are installed near tank. It is necessary for oil cooler to

control oil temp no matter which pump will supply lube oil for bearing.

Oil will circulate around tube bundle in oil cooler. Cooling water will

circulate in tube. In normal conditions, one pump is working and the

other is for backup. The oil for oil cooler is controlled by manual

Sextuplet valve which will supply oil to one of two coolers and allowed

to switch over oil cooler without cutting off oil for bearing. Two oil cooler

inlets are connected with stop valve by pipes. Stop valve can fill backup

oil cooler for putting into operation at any time. If the oil cooler is not a

plate type of oil cooler, each oil cooler housing have a connecting pipe

to the main tank. The crossover pipe enters the main oil tank from the

top to the area above normal oil level. The operator could determine if

there is any flow through the oil cooler from the observation hole on

each pipe line. With the stop valve opening, two peephole in the pipe

must be full of oil.

1.2.2.8 一台安置在冷油器附近的滑油过滤器。它是双联式,一用一备。

冷油器出口油,经滑油过滤器进行过滤。它的额定通油量为 4000L/min。

当过滤器设备内部被堵压降达 0.06MPa 时,设备报警。当压降达到 0.08

MPa 时,旁通阀开启,油将不经过滤而直通轴承入口。

One oil filter placed in the vicinity of the oil cooler. It is a double-type,

one with a prepared. Oil from oil cooler is through oil filter. It Rated

through the oil for the 4000L/min. When the filter pressure droping to

0.06MPa because the strainer is blocked, the device alarm. When the

pressure droping to 0.08MPa, the bypass valve open, oil filters will not

direct bearing upon entrance.

1.2.2.9 两台装在油箱顶上的浸没式电加热器,它们在需要时加热油以

维持足够的油温。这些加热器由三位开关控制。开关位于接通时,加热器

通电,但一般情况下,开关放在自动位置上。加热器由一个恒温器控制而

自动工作。为安全起见,加热器通常与油位开关联锁,以便在加热器部件

露出油面之前切断加热器的电源。恒温器由可调旋钮调整 ,它应整定在

油温正常工作范围 27°~38℃之内。

Two submerged electric heaters are installed on the top cover of oil tank.

If required, the oil shall be heated to maintain at sufficient oil

temperature. These heaters are controlled by 3 way switch. When

connecting the switch, the heater is powered, but in general, the switch

is at the automatic position. The heater shall automatically work through

the control of constant temperature controller. For safety, the 3-position

switch is usually interlocked with oil level switch to cut off the power of

heater before the parts of heaters exceed the oil surface. The constant

temperature controller could be adjusted by the rotating piston within

27℃~38℃ of normal working of oil temperature.

1.2.2.10 低压溢流阀

低压溢流阀的主要功能有以下几个方面:

The main function of the LP overflow valve following areas:

a. 设定溢流装置的整定值(可调整),当溢流装置前润滑油压超压时,

溢流装置能够自动调节阀前压力至整定值功能。

a. Setting the device to set the overflow value (adjustable), when the oil

pressure is over before the overflow overpressure device, the overflow

device can automatically adjust the pressure to the setting value

function.

b. 溢流装置具有良好的调节功能。在溢流装置调节过程中,其动作

不会导致阀前润滑油压力突然大幅度降低。

b. overflow device has a good regulation. Adjustment process of the

overflow device, its action will not result before the valve the oil

pressure suddenly greatly reduced.

1.2.2.11 油位

Oil Level

1.2.2.11.1 一台油位指示器为磁翻板顶装式液位计,装在油箱顶部,配

有 UB 液位变送器,可输出 4-20mA DC 信号,可就地观察油位及远程报

警。

Oil level indicator is a magnetic turn over board and top mounted juice

level gauge,mounted on the tank top, with UB level transmitter, output

4-20mA DC signal, they can observe the oil level and remote alarm.

1.2.2.11.2 两台机械干接点式油位开关,它可发出低油位或高油位报警

信号。同时在低油位时和油箱电加热器联锁,及时关掉电加热器电源并发

出低油位停机信号。

Two mechanical dry contact-type oil level switch, which can issue low oil

level or high oil level alarm signal. At the same time when low oil and

fuel tank electric heater interlock, it will turn off the electric heater power

supplies in a timely manner and issue a low oil level shutdown signal.

1.2.2.12 一个装在油箱上的“R”接线盒。接线盒中连接压力开关与部

件的管子通常在安装时就由电力设计院设计并布置好,盒中包括以下一些

压力开关:

“R” junction box on the oil tank; The pipe connecting the pressure

switch and parts in junction box is usually arranged by the design

institute during erection. The following pressure switches are installed in

the junction box:

1.2.2.12.1 一个压力开关 02,它和交流润滑油泵的排油管道相连(泵出

口和止逆阀之间管道)
,开关应整定在(0.076~0.08)MPa 使触点闭合。开关

一般和控制室内的信号装置相连接。

One pressure switch 02 is installed on the oil discharging pipe of AC

lube pump (between pump outlet and check valve). The contact shall be

closed at setting of (0.076~0.08)MPa. The switch is usually connected

with the signal device in control room.

1.2.2.12.2 一个压力开关 01,它安装在直流事故油泵排油管道(泵排油

和止逆阀之间管道),开关应整定在(0.07~0.076)MPa 使触点闭合,开关

一般和控制室内的信号装置相连接。

One pressure switch 01 is installed on the discharging pipe of DC

emergency oil pump (between discharged oil and check valve). The

contact shall be closed at 0.07~0.076MPa. The switch is usually

connected with the signal device in control room.

1.2.2.12.3 二个压力开关 05 和 06,其中一个开关和一个排烟装置的电动

机联锁,油箱顶部真空度低于 500 Pa 时触点闭合启动另一台排烟风机。

另一个压力开关与控制室内的信号装置相连。

Two pressure switches 05 and 06, one is interlocked with motor of

exhaust device. The contact will be closed when the vacuum of oil tank

is lower than 500 Pa to start the other fan. The other pressure switch is

connected with the signal device in control room.

1.2.2.13 一个装在盘车装置附近的接线盒“L”,接线盒中连接压力开关

与部件的管子通常在安装时就由电力设计院设计并布置好,盒中包括以下

一些压力开关:

“L” junction box is near the turning gear. The pipe connecting the

pressure switch and parts in junction box is usually arranged by the

design institute during erection. The following pressure switches are

installed in the junction box:

1.2.2.13.1 一个压力开关 03,如果润滑油母管压力跌得太低,该开关就

起动交流润滑油泵和启动油泵(密封油备用泵)

A pressure switch 03, if the oil pressure of header fall too low, the switch

to start the AOP and SOP (spare pump seal oil)

开关有两组常闭触点,当轴承润滑油压足够时就断开,如果油压降

到(0.076~0.08)MPa,两组触点同时闭合,一组触点的闭合启动密封备用

油泵,另一组触点的闭合起动交流润滑油泵。虽然在压力下降时两泵会启

动,但压力升高后泵不会自动停止。当轴承润滑油压升高而超过压力开关

的整定值后,必须从控制室内关闭泵,控制开关应旋转到“断开”的位置,

并保持到泵停下为止,当放开后,开关会自动回到“自动”位置,此时电

路复原。

The switch has two groups of constant closed contacts which shall be
cut off when the bearing oil pressure is enough. If the oil pressure
reduced to (0.076~0.08)MPa, these two groups of contacts will close.
One group will start the sealing oil backup pump and the other group
will start the AC lube oil pump. Although the two pumps will start when
the pressure is reduced, the pump can not stop automatically after
pressure increasing. When the oil pressure of bearing lube oil is higher
than the setting of pressure switch, the pump is only able to be stopped
from the control room. The control switch shall rotate to “off” position
until the pump stops. When released, the switch will automatically
return to “auto” position. At this moment, the circuit shall recover.

为了试验开关和泵的运行情况,可以手动打开阀门,使开关中产生

局部压力降。管路中孔板可以防止轴承润滑油母管中压力消失。试验结束

后,泵不会自动停止,而必须从控制室内关闭。

For testing the operation of switch and pump, the valve can be manually
opened to reduce the local pressure in switch. The plate with hole in
pipe could prevent the disappearance of pressure in the header of
bearing lube oil. After the completion of test, the pump shall not
automatically stop and is only able to be stopped from the control room.

1.2.2.13.2 一个压力开关 04。该压力开关有两组常闭触点,正常运行情

况下,轴承润滑油压使它们保持断开。如果油压降到(0.07~0.076)MPa,

两组触点同时闭合,一组触点的闭合启动直流事故油泵,另一组触点接入

汽轮机自动控制线路或留作备用。虽然压力下降会使泵启动,但压力升高

后,泵不会自动停下。在轴承润滑油压升高超过压力开关整定值后,必须

从控制室内关闭泵。控制开关应旋转到“断开”的位置,并保持到泵停下

为止。当放开后,开关会自动回到“自动”位置,此时电路复原。

One pressure switch 04. this pressure switch has two groups of
constant closing contacts. Under normal working condition, the bearing
oil pressure keeps them open. If the oil pressure reduced to (0.07~
0.076) MPa, these two groups of contacts will close. One group will start
the DC emergency oil pump and the other group will connect with
automatic control line or for backup. Although the two pumps will start
when the pressure is reduced, the pump can not stop automatically
after pressure increasing. When the oil pressure of bearing lube oil is
higher than the setting of pressure switch, the pump is only able to be
stopped from the control room. The control switch shall rotate to “off”
position until the pump stops. When released, the switch will
automatically return to “auto” position. At this moment, the circuit shall
recover.

为了试验开关和泵的运行情况,可以手动打开阀门,使开关中产生局

部的压力降,管路中孔板可以防止轴承润滑油母总管中压力消失,试验结

束后,泵不会自动停止,而必须从控制室内关闭它。

1.2.2.13.3 一个压力开关 07 把盘车装置电动机、顶轴油泵电动机和轴承

润滑油母管油压联锁起来,它有两组常开触点。当汽轮发电机组在

200r/min 以上运行时,一个常闭电磁阀把压力开关和轴承润滑油母管断

开。当汽轮发电机组在 200r/min 以下运行时,常闭电磁阀把压力开关和

轴承润滑油母管接通。压力开关整定在 (0.027~0.034)MPa,当轴承润滑

油压超过此值范围时,压力开关触点闭合。一组触点线路与盘车装置电动

机线路串联,因而电动机在轴承润滑油压达到或超过整定值时才能启动;

第二组触点和顶轴装置电动机线路串联,这样,只有轴承润滑油压达到设

计值时,顶轴电动机才能启动。同样,如果轴承润滑油压降到低于整定值

以下,触点断开。盘车装置和顶轴装置将不能投入使用。

One pressure switch 07 interlocks the motor of turning gear, motor of oil
jacking pump and the header of bearing oil. It has two groups of
constant opening contacts. When the speed of steam turbine is
200r/min above, one constant closed solenoid valve will cut off the
pressure switch and the header of bearing oil. When the speed of steam
turbine is 200r/min below, the constant closed solenoid valve will
connect the pressure switch with the header of bearing oil. The setting
of pressure switch is at (0.027~0.034) MPa, when the bearing oil
pressure is out of this range, the pressure switch will close. One group
of contact is connected in series with circuit of turning gear motor, the

motor shall start when the bearing oil pressure reaches or exceeds the
setting. The second group of contacts is connected with circuit of oil
jacking motor, so the oil jacking motor shall start only when the bearing
oil pressure is reached the setting. If the bearing oil pressure is lower
than the setting, the contact will be open. Turning gear and oil jacking
device can not be put into operation.

为了做压力开关压力升高的动作试验,应首先建立起足够的轴承润滑

油压,然后确信盘车电动机和顶轴装置电动机已经启动。为了做压力开关

压力下降的动作试验,首先建立起足够的轴承润滑油压,再手动打开油路

中的阀门,产生局部的压力降,引起触点断开。由于有孔板和轴承润滑油

母管隔开,因而试验时润滑油母管压力不会下降。关闭截止阀使压力开关

In order to make the actuation test of pressure switch for pressure


increasing, the sufficient bearing oil pressure shall be established and
then to confirm the startup of turning gear motor and oil jacking motor. In
order to make the actuation test of pressure switch for pressure drop,
the sufficient bearing oil pressure shall be established and then
manually open the valve in pressure switch line to create the local
pressure drop to open the contact. Due to the separation of plate with
hole and bearing oil header, the pressure in the header of bearing oil
during test will not reduce. Close the stop valve to make the pressure
switch recover to normal operation condition.

Four pressure switches 08、09、10、11 are installed in the junction box


“A” in front of the pedestal. If the pressure in the header of bearing oil
is too low, they will make the unit to trip. It is also part of emergency
tripping system with setting value at (0.034~0.049)MPa.

Two pressure switches connected with the zero speed indicator


interlocking with turning gear device are installed in the junction box
“A” in front of pedestal. When the speed of steam turbine is lower
than 200r/min, the constant closed solenoid valve of turning gear device
connecting with the header of bearing oil will open and the motor of oil
jacking device will start. When the speed of steam turbine reduced to
zero, it will start the motor of turning gear device. During the turning of
steam turbine, when the speed of steam turbine exceeds 200r/min, it
will close the constant closed solenoid valve of turning gear device
connecting with the header of bearing oil will be closed and the motor

力油。从Ⅰ # 射油器排出的油供主油泵吸入口,并且还做为操作零转速显

示器的用油。同时,Ⅱ # 射油器排出的油还通过冷油器供汽轮发电机组轴

承润滑用油。

The main oil pump will supply all required oil of lube oil system when the

steam turbine is operating at the rated speed. As shown in “oil system

drawing” (141A.551Q-5), the pressure oil from main oil pump will enter

the structure of mechanical overspeed device and also enters the

internal pipe in oil tank to supply the oil for oil ejector. The oil from I# oil

ejector will enter the inlet of main oil pump, Zero-speed operation and

also as a display of oil. At the same time,the oil from II# oil ejector will

supply the bearing oil after going through the oil cooler.

润滑油供油系统是个封闭系统,所有润滑后的油通过油箱顶部回到回

油槽中。油进入油箱前靠自身重力通过一个滤网。当油箱中油位过高或过

低,油位指示器和油位开关都会发出警报。

The lube oil system is a closed system. All oil after lubrication shall
return to the oil slot by top of oil tank. The oil will go through the strainer
by the weight. When the oil level in oil tank is too low or too high, the
alarm from oil level indicator and oil level switch will be given.

在机组初始运行期间,必须经常监视油箱回油槽中的油位。

During the startup of unit, the oil level in returned oil slot shall be often
monitored.

In order to remove the water in the oil system, the oil purification device
must be put into operation during the working of steam turbine.

Lubricating oil system operating at rated speed, the start-up phase after
the test, the device performance can be mastered by operating
personnel, the operating rules of oil system will be also solutions.
Therefore, the operational phase is simple and safety.

交流润滑油泵和启动油泵(氢密封备用油泵)是主油泵的备用泵,以

便在启动、停机和偶然事故时保持轴承润滑油母管油压。如《汽轮机润滑

油系统图》所示,交流润滑油泵提供通常由射油器出口所供的油。这些辅

助油泵由测量轴承润滑油压的二个压力开关 03、13 和三位控制开关(安

装在控制室内)控制。

maitan the pressure of the header. AS show of “lub.oil system of the
turbine”, A.C pump will supply oil which by oil ejector. These pumps

measuring Lub. Oil puessure of the bearing in the control room.

During the normal operation under rated speed, after being established
proper bearing oil pressure, the control switch of auxiliary oil pump will
turn to “automatic” position. These pumps are in the state of shutdown.
When the bearing oil pressure reduced to exceed the setting of
pressure switch caused by either shutdown or emergency, two pumps
will start at the same time to supply all required oil of the unit.

当机组投盘车装置和启动期间,在主油泵不能正常供油情况下,需要

启动辅助油泵。在盘车装置运行前,将控制室内的控制开关置于“通”位

置,启动交流润滑油泵和启动油泵(氢密封油泵)。在机组启动过程中,

主油泵出口压力随汽轮机转速增加而增加,大约在 2850r/min 时,主油泵

足以提供机组所需的全部用油。这时,轴承润滑油母管中油压是足够的,

不再需要辅助油泵,必须人工手动控制开关,将其从“通”位置转到“断

开”位置。

During the turning gear and startup, when the main oil pump fails to

supply the oil, the auxiliary oil pump shall be started. Before the

operation of turning gear, the control switch in control room will be at

“ON” position to start the AC lube oil pump and Start the pump

(hydrogen seal oil pump). During the startup, the outlet pressure of main

oil pump will increase with the speed of steam turbine. When the speed

is about 2850r/min, the main oil pump will supply all required oil of the

unit. At this moment, the oil pressure in the header of bearing oil is

sufficient and auxiliary oil pump is not required any more. The manually

controlled switch shall be used to turn the “Auto” position to “OFF”

position.

直流事故油泵是交流润滑油泵的备用泵,它受二个压力开关 04 和 14

的控制。当轴承润滑油母管油压降到其整定值时即启动。压力增加时,直

流事故油泵也必须借助手动控制开关停下。启动工况期间,直流事故泵的

控制开关通常置于“断开”位置(直流事故泵不能起动),直到交流润滑

油泵运转并提供足够的油压,然后将控制开关置于“自动”,此时事故泵

不会启动,当轴承油总管油压低于压力开关整定值时它才启动。

The DC emergency oil pump is the backup pump of AC lube oil pump
and is controlled by Two pressure switch 04 and 14. When the oil
pressure in the header of bearing oil decreased to the setting, it will start
up. When the pressure increases, the DC emergency oil pump is only
able to stop with the help of manual control switch. During the startup,
the control switch of DC emergency pump is usually at “Off” position
(the DC emergency oil pump can not start) until the operation of AC oil
pump to provide sufficient oil pressure. Then the control switch will go

back to “Auto” position. At this moment, the emergency pump will not
start. When the oil pressure in the header of bearing oil is lower than the
setting of pressure switch, it will start.

lubricating oil system, the process is most likely to lead to bearing
pad-burning off the oil. Operating personnel must be satisfied these
spupply equipment with reliable performance, must be satisfied that the
system is normal.

正常运行情况下,冷油器出口处的轴承油温是 43℃~49℃。

During normal operation, the bearing oil temperature is 43℃~49℃ at


the outlet of oil cooler.

如果油箱中油温低于 10℃,油不能循环。因此,供油系统不应投入

运行,应利用油箱中的电加热器升温。

When the oil temperature in oil tank is lower than 10℃, the oil can not
circulate. Therefore, the oil supplying system shall not put into operation.
The electrical heater in oil tank shall be used to increase the oil
temperature.

在启动阶段,必须关闭冷油器冷却水,使油温达到适当温度。此后,

调整通过冷油器的循环水流量,以保持冷油器出口温度为 43℃~49℃。

During the startup, the cooling water in oil cooler must be closed to

make the oil temperature increase to proper temperature. Afterwards,

adjust the circulating water flow in oil cooler to maintain the temperature

at 43℃~49℃ at the outlet of oil cooler.

1.3 排烟系统

Fume extractor system

排烟系统由阀门、管道、排烟装置等组成。风机、油烟分离器及风门

布置在油箱顶板上,两套并联,其中一套备用。两套风机共用一台装在排

烟管道上的油烟分离器。风机牢固地固定在油箱顶板上,电动机位于风机

上。可通过调整摇杆式风门调节风机流量。油烟分离器装在吸气侧管道中,

它能把烟气中所含的润滑油分离开。风机所抽出的烟气通过管道中的油烟

分离器后排向大气。运行时风机使吸气侧管道中、油箱顶部空间、回油管

路中产生微小负压(500 Pa 真空),因而可能把油烟抽出。

Exhaust system consists of valves, piping, exhaust equipment and

other components. Fans, smoke dampers and air doors arranged on

the tank roof, the two sets of parallel, in which a spare. Two sets of fans

sharing an exhaust fumes equipment on the exhausting pipe. Fan firmly

fixed on the tank roof, the motor is located on the fan. The fan flow can

be adjusted by adjusting the throttle rocker on the air door. Fume

separator installed in the suction side of the pipe, it can separate smoke

from oil. Fan the smoke out of the fumes through a pipe separator to the

atmosphere. When the suction side of the fan is running the pipeline,

tank top space, return lines produced small negative pressure (500 Pa

vacuum), which may put out fumes.

1.4 油净化装置
Oil purification system

为了过滤油系统中固体杂质,清除水分,提高汽轮机油质量。在汽轮

机发电机组运行期间,油净化装置都要连续投入。油从主油箱进入油净化

装置,经过粗滤、精滤后,进行沉淀、油水分离处理。

In order to filter solid impurities in the oil system, clear water, improve

the quality of turbine oil, during the operation of steam turbine generator

sets the oil purification equipment must be put to operate continuously.

After oil from the main tank enter into the oil purification equipment, it

will be go through the coarse strainetr and the secondary strainer and

then to settle and separate water from oil.

油净化系统最后过滤精度为:NAS7 级

含水≤100PPM

Moisture ≤ 100PPM
