AN A C T August 14, HI74
To provide for increased participation by the United States in the International [s.2665]
Development Association and to permit United States citizens to purchase,
hold, sell, or otherwise deal with gold in the United States or abroad.

Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the

SEC. 2. Subsections 3 (b) and (c) of Public Law 93-110 (87 Stat. Repeals.

Resolved hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the United


States of America in Congress assembled^ That section 8 of the Export-
Import Bank Act of 1945 is amended by striking out "July 30" and ^"'^' P- ^^^•
inserting in lieu thereof "September 30".
