 PROJECT SCHEDULE SUMMARY
• Schedule Overview:
The total project is scheduled to take 30 Calendar Days.
Substructure is projected to last 10 working days,
superstructure will take 20 working days and the rough-in
and finish timeline is 30 days. Building closeout includes
testing for LEED point verification and other testing and
balances, as well as final punch list work. Project started
from April 2, 2018 Final completion is expected at the end
of December, 2018.
• Time Management
The work is under progress 8-hours each day.
No work is done on FRIDAY.
Work Breakdown Structure
• The WBS is a hierarchical division of the principal
work elements for a project. An appropriate WBS
links components of the cost estimate and activities
of the schedule. The WBS assists the project team in
transitioning the plan to the schedule. It provides the
basis for all project reporting, including the collection
and monitoring of data and forecasting of cost and
schedule trends.
