1. This promotion is open to all Rustan’s the Beauty Source customers of participating stores: Ayala
Center Makati, Shangri-la Mall, Alabang Town Center, Gateway Mall and Ayala Center Cebu.
2. For every Php 2,500 single receipt purchase worth of Cosmetics, Perfumery and Toiletries products
and services, customers are entitled to one (1) electronic raffle entry to get a chance to win a vacation
for two (2) to Bali, Indonesia and John Hardy gift certificates.
PRIZES: Three (3) winners will be entitled to the following:
• First Prize/Grand Winner:

Two (2) gift certificates for a 4D/3N accommodation in a Garden Pool Villa at Como Uma Ubud Bali
with complimentary breakfast
Round trip airfaire
Two (2) gift certificates for a complimentary pass to the John Hardy workshop tour inclusive of a
traditional Balinese lunch and round trip transfers from the hotel to the John Hardy boutique and
workshop location
John Hardy items worth USD 600 (approximately PHP 32,000)

Note: Gift certificates shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of redemption.
This promo is EXCLUSIVE for Beauty Addict Cardholders only. Thus, declared winner must be a
Beauty Addict Member.
3. Customers must present their receipts for validation to the concierge of Rustan’s The Beauty Source
at the store/branch where the actual purchases were made. Only purchases made within the promo
period are valid for this promotion. Once receipts are validated, the total number of electronic raffle
entry/ies a customer is/are entitled to will be issued.
4. Customer service representatives will assist customers to register their electronic raffle entry/ies.
4.1. For NEW electronic raffle entry/ies, the microsite will be on the default NEW USER tab.
Customer must fill in the following information.
a. Name
b. Address
c. Mobile number
d. Landline
e. E-mail Address
4.2 Customer Service representative will fill out the following information:
a. OR No. (Printed on the receipt)
b. Reg No. (Printed on the receipt)
c. Store branch
d. # of Raffle entries
e. CS code
5. For customers with EXISTING electronic raffle entry/ies, customer service representative will ask for
their mobile no. or landline to look up in the microsite and verify the given information in 4.1 then
proceed with 4.2.
6. Once entry has been saved, the site will post a notification that entry has been successfully added.
An SMS will be sent to the customer confirming # of entries.
7. Deadline of registration of raffle entries is on November 30, 2018 prior to store closure. Late entries
will not be accepted.

Participating Stores: Rustan’s Alabang Town Center, Ayala Center Cebu, Ayala Center Makati,
Gateway Mall & Shangri-La Plaza Mall
AWARDING OF PRIZES
1. Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw on December 14, 2018, 4:00 PM, at the Xurpas,
Inc. Office, 7F Cambridge Centre Building, 108 Tordesillas cor. Gallardo streets, Salcedo Village,
Makati City.
2. Beauty Addict members may only win once.
3. The winner will be informed via registered mail on how to claim the prize. The winner’s name will
also be posted in all participating stores. Prizes may be claimed at Rustan Commercial Corporation
Office, 3rd Floor Oppen Building, 349 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, c/o Ms. Abby Gale Zipagan.
For the Cebu winner, prizes may be claimed at Rustan’s Ayala Center Cebu, c/o Mr. Joselito
Macachor.
4. Winner may claim their prize within sixty days (60) from the date of receipt of notification. Registered
mail and electronic mail will be sent within two (2) weeks after the draw.
5. Winner must present the following in order to claim their prize:

• Two (2) valid IDs with picture
• Beauty Addict Card
• Copy of Registered or Electronic Mail
6. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
7. Accommodation is subject to prior reservations; Blackout dates apply (e.g. Christmas, New Year,
Chinese New Year, Easter and Holy Week).
8. 20% tax for the prizes exceeding P10,000 and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the
prize shall be shouldered by the winners.
9. Failure to claim prizes within the specified period will mean the forfeiture of the prize in favor of
Rustan Commercial Corporation with prior approval of DTI.
10. All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed
final and irrevocable.
11. The owners, management and employees of Rustan Commercial Corporation and their advertising
agencies, spouses and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from
joining this promotion.
