    SK RESOLUTION NO. 011, s. 2018

    WHEREAS, presented to the body for the approval for the payment of the Halloween Costume Contest
    cash prizes for the Tourism Activity of the KabataanBantayDroga Association
    (KABANDA);

    WHEREAS, the cost of the said payment shall be TWELVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS
    only (₱12,800.00);

    WHEREAS, the total amount will be broken down into:


    Champion (Adult Category) – 2,500.00 Champion (Kids Category) – 1,500.00
    1st Runner-Up - 2,000.00 1st Runner-Up - 1,000.00

    2 Runner-Up - 1,500.00 2 Runner-Up - 500.00
    Consolation Prizes (100x10) - 100.00 Consolation Prizes (100x10) - 100.00

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Krisha T. Edera and duly seconded


    unanimously, it was;

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved for the approval of the above-mentioned resolution and further
    approved authorized Barangay Treasurer to withdraw and disbursed funds
    accordingly charged to SK available funds.

    PESOS
    only (₱1,440.00);

    WHEREAS, the said amount can be broken down into:


    Tarpaulin (6’x10’) = 1, 080.00
    Tokens (120x3pcs) = 360.00

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Councilor Krisha T. Edera and duly seconded
