The focus in this unit is understanding that Jesus had feelings and it is Gifted: Group gifted and extension children together

Once all students have spoken. Remind children how important it is to
express our feelings. Why we have feelings, what they mean and how
they are different depending on the person and situation.

Once children are then seated on the mat they are to be assigned in
10.25 groups of 4-5 for our role play activity.
AM - Between 5-6 groups, students are to act out a scene given to them. For
extension children, they are able to improvise and add their own Scripts - Hand out Good News
elements to the scene or completely make one up. Bible’s

- Group 2: Luke 17:11-15
- Group 3: Mark 10:17:22
- Group 4: Matthew 11:25
- Group 5: Matthew 11.25
- Group 6: Improvisation group - extension and gifted students

Children have 20 minutes to come up with a short act describing their act.
Each student must be assigned a role, to keep with in the time limit and
ensure everyone is included.

Once each group has performed their role play, students can go back to
AM their desks to fill in their reflection worksheet

Once finished, or when time is up they can put it in their homework folder,
stand behind their chair and be ready to go to recess.
