CHAIN MEDITATION

INTRO:

Let the Active Partner (AP or Client) find the Koan


(or any problem, belief, body sensation, energy block,
emotion, thought, entity, implant, etc.)
he wants to work about.

Passive Partner (PP) has a pencil and paper handy


to note the consciousness contents (CC) said by AP
(or the Client).
AP must feel the Koan as stronger as possible
(or try to experience it directly, or to indentify
himself with it) without any resistance,
be open minded to any CC, and with eyes closed say
shortly to PP any content appeared in consciousness
(mind, body) as a result of this effort.

The Process is repeating with every CC, until


the Emptiness (Nothingness, Void, Vacuum, Sunjata,
or the Oneness) is reached at the end of the CC Chain.
Then PP is leading his Client back to the beginning
of Chain, to the Koan. In this returning process
AP must acknowledge by moving the head or hand,
that he did the action demanded by PP.

THE PROCESS:

1. PP: "CLOSE YOUR EYES AND RELAX !"


2. PP: "FEEL THE ".................." (Koan)"!
3. AP says his CC shortly: for example: " AAA",
which is written by PP as the next Koan at the Chain.
4. PP: " FEEL THE " AAA" "!
5. AP: for example: " BBB " .
6. PP: " FEEL THE " BBB " "!
7. Repeat this until the last CC is reached by AP,
and that is The Emptiness in its essence.

8. PP: "ENTER TO THE EMPTINESS; IDENTIFY YOURSELF
WITH IT, LET THE EMPTINESS COVER YOU COMPLETELY"!

17. At the end it must be checked if the Koan is cleared:
PP: " FEEL THE ".................." (Koan)"!
18. If the answer is something like:
AP: "EMPTINESS" or "THERE IS NOTHING " or "NO KOAN",
then the Process is over, but if there is anything
except the "door" to Emptiness, then repeat
the Process from step 2.

If there is too much CC-s (over 20), then probably this


is not the Vertical (hierarchical) Chain, but the
rotation in the same level(s) circle. In this case
it is best to repeat the whole Process.

If AA wish creation (rather than cleaning/erasing),


then in the 8th step the Emtiness can be fulfilled
with Light, Love, Happiness, Peace or some another
high state of mind, and then with this state cover
CC-s until the point 16.

After some time of practicing this meditation,


the Chains are reduced to 4-6 CC-s, easily to
remember for performing Solo meditations
by the same principle.

In further work, of the most importance is to


process polarity Koans (like Love & Hate, Life & Death,
Pleasure & Pain, etc.) to maintain the balance between
positive and negative energies (Ying-Yang).

Some people I worked with, had the bliss of


enlightenment (Kensho, Lumeo) when they encountered
The Emptiness. When the state of Emptiness is
stabilisied, then the Divinity can be easier recognised,
or… when everywhere is the Emptiness, the only thing
that is left inside is the Crystal Clear Consciousness.

PP: "Feel the LIFE" !


AP: "Picture of nature".
PP: "Feel the picture of nature" !

2. Step by step method

"ASPECTICA"

1. Find an Aspect (separated fragment of personality) you want to work with:


unwishfull behaviour, flaw, weakness, body malfunction, etc. For example:
anger toward some person, untolerance to children, jealousy to partner,
various fears/phobias, high blood pressure, depression, overeating,
aggressivity or anxiety in some situations, stage fright, entity presence,
etc.

2. Say to Client that during the communication with his Aspect, messages can
come as voices, thoughts, body sensations, intuition or emotions, because
this is the language that Aspects use. Tell the Client also to acknowledge
when he did what was demanded from him.

3. At the beginning, let the Client tell, fully accustomed, his negative
Alpha (affirmation).
For example: " I am tightened in the presence of unknown people!"
GIVE ME NEGATIVE ALPHA!
4. CLOSE YOUR EYES AND RELAX!

5. RECALL THE SITUATIONS WHEN THAT MANIFESTATION BECOME EVIDENT?


Let the Client briefly describe those situations.

6. NOW, FIND THE CONCRETE HAPPENING WHEN THIS INDICATION EXPOSED.


SWITCH IN
THAT INCIDENT COMPLETELY: SEE WITH YOUR EYES WHAT YOU SAW THEN, HEAR
WHAT
YOU HEARD THEN, FEEL WHAT YOU FELT THEN. IN THE SAME TIME BEGIN TO
NOTICE
THE WAY YOUR ASPECT ARISES.

7. LOCATE THE PLACE WHERE THIS ASPECT EXISTS


a) If he is in the body:
IN WHAT PART OF YOUR BODY DO YOU FEEL HIM THE MOST?
b) If he is outside the body:
WHERE IS HE?

8. FIND HIS CHARACTERISTICS: - WHAT IS HIS SIZE? - HOW DOES HE LOOKS


LIKE? - WHAT IS HIS COLOR? - WHAT IS HIS TEMPERATURE? - WHAT IS HIS
WEIGHT? - HOW OLD IS HE?

9. THANK TO YOUR ASPECT FOR SHOWING HIMSELF AND CALL HIM TO EXPOSE
HIMSELF
MORE COMPLETELY. SPEAK TO HIM IN YOUR MIND: "I KNOW YOU WISH ME GOOD
- THANK
YOU - SHOW YOURSELF FREELY - SO WE COULD COMMUNICATE."

10. ASK YOUR ASPECT NOW: "WHAT DO YOU WANT ACHIEVE WITH YOUR
EXPOSURE (OR
BEHAVIOUR)? - WHAT IS YOUR AIM?"
And then:
TURN YOUR ATTENTION FOR EVERY KIND OF ANSWER: PICTURES, VOICES,
FEELINGS OR
BODY SENSATIONS.
If the Client answers quickly, than it's all right, but if he's silent for
more than 15 seconds, tell him:
ANSWER MAY COME INSTANTLY, BUT SOMETIMES ASPECT MUST NEED TIME TO
FIND HIS
AIM. GIVE HIM THE TIME, IF HE NEEDS IT, BECAUSE THIS IS THE NEW
EXPERIENCE
FOR YOUR ASPECT.
If the Client is stil silent, tell him to repeat the question number 10.

11. Write the Aspect's answer. This is the first aim/goal at the aim chain.
Negative aim could be accepted too, for example: hate, wanting to die,
aggression, wishing for punishment or revenge, etc. Usually the next aim at
chain is positive, logical, ethical or spiritual.
12. SAY "THANK YOU" TO YOUR ASPECT FOR THE ANSWER GIVEN.

13. CREATE IN YOUR MIND SITUATION WITH THE AIM ACCOMPLISHED. - CREATE
EXPERIENCE WITH THE GOAL REALIZED IN CONSCIOUSNESS. - FEEL IT
COMPLETELY. -
ENTER INTO THAT EXPERIENCE TOGETHER WITH YOUR ASPECT AND FEEL IT
ENTIRELY. -
EXPAND YOURSELF TO THE FINAL LIMITS OF THIS FEELING!
When the Client acknowledges that, say to him:
FROM THE STATE OF THE AIM ACCOMPLISHED, ASK YOUR ASPECT: "WHEN YOU
HAVE YOUR
AIM FULFILED ENTIRELY AS YOU WISH, WHAT IS THE AIM YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE
FOR
ME THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT AND HIGHER"?
Write the Aspect's answer. That is the second aim at the chain. Let the
Client thanks his Aspect for the answer.

14. Repeat the Process 12-13-12-13 until Cient reach his last aim on the
chain, and that is the treshold of true state of Emptiness (Peace, Truth,
True Being, I am, God, Oneness, Love, Light).

15. At the question: "WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR AIM FULFILED ENTIRELY AS YOU
WISH,
WHAT IS THE AIM YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE FOR ME THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT
AND
HIGHER"?
The Client will answer: "There's nothing", "Nothing.", or something like
that.
If he hesitate with answer, try to help him with this question:
"IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE, OR THERE IS NOTHING?"
He will answer: "There is nothing" or something like.

16. Lead the Client to describe the state - Emptiness at which treshold he
stands:
HOW COULD YOU NAME THIS NOTHING? ONLY AS A NOTHINGNESS, OR
EMPTINESS, VOID,
VACUUM...?
Accept any answer that shows this is the Highest Aim, and then tell:
ENTER THAT EMPTINESS (Nothingness, Void...) NOW AND FEEL IT COMPLETELY.
IDENTIFY YOURSELF WITH IT, BE THAT EMPTINESS. - LET IT OVERFLOW YOU
ENTIRELY - ACKNOWLEDGE WHEN YOU DO THAT.
Give Client the time to feel and experience that state.

17. LET US SEE HOW WILL YOUR AWARENESS OF EMPTINESS (Nothingness),


WHICH IS
THE ESSENCE OF YOUR BEING, INFLUENCE AT FORMER AIMS AT THE CHAIN.
"HOW DOES YOUR AWARENESS OF EMPTINESS (Nothingness) INFLUENCE AT
*...aim...*
(last aim at chain), AND HOW DOES CHANGE IT?" - repeat this question going
downward of The Aim Chain, and make little pause at every aim, for the
Client be able to integrate this experience (for example: the Emptiness
amplify the aim state at chain, or this is the same, or that aim is
superfluous now, without sense or does not exist any more).

18. See how Emptiness influences to the Aspect or manifestation from the
beginning of process:
"HOW YOUR AWARENESS OF EMPTINESS (Nothingness) INFLUENCES AND
CHANGES THE
ASPECT *.........* ?" (from the beginning of process)
The Client says he's gone, dissapeared, or looks like senseless, absurd.

19. If Client sense unwishful starting manifestation even a little, then


the integration is not over, so say to the Client:
LET THE EMPTINESS (Nothingness, Void...) COVER YOU COMPLETELY. LET IT PASS
YOU THROUGH UP AND DOWN, AND WASH YOU ENTIRELY.

20. Now the final check:


GIVE ME NEGATIVE ALPHA FROM THE BEGINNING!
The Client will be unable to say that, or he will say that without covering.

21. Checking if there is an opposite Aspect:


DIRECT YOURSELF INSIDE YOURSELF AND ASK: "IS THERE ANY OF MY OTHER
ASPECTS
THAT FEEL THE RESISTANCE TOWARD THE INTEGRATION OF MY LAST ASPECT
*......* ?
(name it) TO THE WHOLENESS OF MY BEING"? If there is manifestation of some
another Aspect, then repeat the process with him from point 7.

Fundamentals Of Aspectics

Aspectics is a very easy and very efficient system of elimination ofunwanted


emotional and psychological states. It's also a very efficient method of Spiritual self-
development and integration. It could be applied to all kind of Clients and to
ourselves as well (so called solo processing).

There are 6 fundamental elements of Aspectics:

1. Working with aspects of personality


This is an operational basis of Aspectics. We work not with the whole of personality,
(although the wholeness is our goal), but with aspects of our Being which have some
kind of separate consciousness about their own goals, relationships with other
aspects and the whole of our Being.

2. Positive direction and value of so called unwanted aspects


That means a significant insight that our shortcomings, hang ups, problems and
unwanted states are not our nemies which we should put under control, defeat and
subdued or eliminate from our life forever, but as faithful allies which bring to us
most precious presents n keys to our freedom and Spiritual development.

3. Goal structure
For understanding and implementation of Aspectics you should know two substantial
elements of Goal Structure:

a. Present state of a person and


b. Goal the person wants to attain

Until the person gets his/her goal fulfilled, the person feels a tension. When the goal
is attained, the goal structure disappears, tension vanishes and there is a short
lasting feeling of satisfaction and relaxation. The most important is an insight that
the realization of a goal has as a result disappearance of goal structure.

4. Moving up the chain of higher goals


In the Chain Technique, which is the basis of ASPECTICS, we go up the chain of
higher and higher goals up to the Highest Goal (Megistostelos).Oriental philosophy
teaches us that everything in this manifested universe tends to the highest, that
means tends to return to fundamental Source of Everything. That means that even
our unwanted states want the same, Source of Everything. When one gets to that
point (Void, Dynamic Emptiness, Quantum Vacuum... etc.), one gets the clear
understanding that all previous goals on the Goal Chain one experienced as the final
only because of limitation of one's perception.

5. Dynamic Emptiness (Void, Quantum Vacuum... etc.) as operational element of


Aspectics process
Up till now, in all systems of Oriental and Perenial Philosophy discourses about Void
or Great Unmanifest were exclusively theoretical. Using this Void as operational
element of processing has been realized for the first time in Aspectics (at least, to my
knowledge).

6. Goal realization in consciousness


The True Being or Atman could have his experiences in physical/social reality and in
his/her own consciousness. That is the last element of Aspectics: Experiencing one's
own goals in one's own consciousness. That way one can live through his/her
experiences with the greatest speed. When a person realizes one of his/her goals in
consciousness, he/she can go to the higher one. That way the Being moves up the
Goal Chain with unprecedented speed until It gets the Highest Goal. Then the whole
Goal Chain dissolves and together with him the unwanted state we started from.
Speaking precisely, that unwanted state integrates with the Void as the Essence of
one's Being.

Technique of Aspectics

1. Find unwanted Aspect your Client want to change.

2. Tell Client that communications from Aspect may come like human voice (not very
often), as thought, feeling, bodily sensation, or intuition. Tell the Client to nod his
head or to tell you "Yes" when he does that what you are asking from him.

3. In the beginning of the Process, let Client tell you his negative affirmation. For
example, "I am tensed in contact with unknown people."

4. Let him close his eyes. You ask him: "In which situation that unwanted state
comes up? Remember typical situations in which that state manifests itself!" Let him
describe shortly a couple of such situations.

5. Now, tell to your Client: "Now, find out one SPECIFIC incident when such
unwanted state happened? In your imagination, enter that incident: See with your
eyes what you saw that time, feel what you felt and hear what you heard! In the
same time start to notice your unwanted state coming up."

6. Then say: "Where do you feel that Aspect? If it is in the body, where is it in the
body? If you feel it outside the body, where is it ?"

7. Now comes another instruction to Client in which you do the collapse of a


quantum wave into the particle, so that you can work with it: "Notice characteristics
of that Aspect: How big is it? What form does it have? What is its colour? What is its
weight ? How old is it ? How strong is it? On the scale measuring its strength from 1-
10, which number you would give to that Aspect? Does it have any level of
consciousness?"

If your Client says that he can't see it, tell him: "You give such characteristic to your
Aspect yourself! If it had some colour, which colour it would be? If it had the
strength, how strong your Aspect would be?" Etc.
8. Tell your Client to ask his Aspect to manifest as fully and completely as it can. Let
him say to Aspect: "I know that you have good intentions toward me, because you
are a part of me. Thank you. Now, manifest yourself strongly and completely so we
could communicate!"

9. Say to Client: "Ask your Aspect: 'What do you want for me with such behavior?
What GOAL you want to attain for me?' Then tell to the Client: "Pay attention on
anything that comes like an answer: images, feelings, bodily sensations. Accept the
first one!"

10. Put on the paper the answer which Client's Aspect gives to him. That is the first
goal on the Goal Chain.

11. Let Client thanks his Aspect for the answer. Push him toward it with words: "Say
'Thank you' to your Aspect."

12. Now comes this instruction: "In your consciousness create situation in which that
goal of your Aspect has been fulfilled. See it and feel it as realized completely the
best you can." When Client says "yes", or nods his head, tell him: "Ask your Aspect:
"When you have realized that goal for me completely, as you wanted, which goal
now you want to attain for me which is more valuable and HIGHER ONE?"

When Client gives you the answer, write it down. It is the second goal on the Goal
Chain. Let the Client thank again to his Aspect.

13. Repeat the same question until the Client comes to the LAST GOAL on the Goal
Chain. It must be some Spiritual state, like "Peace", "Complete peace", "Truth", "My
true being", "God", "Oneness", "Unity", "Love", "Light", "Golden light" ", "Harmony
with the entire world", "True I", "I am", "Grace of God", "All is as it should be",
"One", etc.

How would you know that your Client came up to the last goal on the chain? Well, he
will tell you that there is NO higher goal, there is nothing above it.

14. Ask the Client to describe with his own words that NOTHING, which is beyond his
last goal, but give him some suggestions. Tell him: "How would you call that
NOTHING ? 'Emptiness'? 'Just Nothing'? 'Void'? 'Silence'? 'Light ...?" Accept any
answer Client gives to you, then tell him: "Now, enter that Emptiness and feel it
completely! Identify with it, feel to be one with it! You should know that it is the
Essence of your Being. Tell me, or nod your head when you do that!"

15. After Client spend some time (1-2 minutes) in that Void (or whatever he said it
was), tell him: "Let's see how that Void (Emptiness...whatever) would change the
previous goals on the goal chain? Just pass through that goal and see how your
consciousness about yourself being Void transforms and changes (...last goal on the
chain) ?
16. Repeat that same question as Client goes down the chain until he comes to the
Aspect that you started the process with. Then ask the Client: "How your
consciousness about Void, as an Essence of your Being, change the Aspect we
started the process from, that is (name the unwanted state you started from, his
problem). If you did the process well, the Client will tell you that problem (unwanted
state) vanished, or that he never had something like that.

17. Now the time comes for checking. Ask the Client to tell you the same affirmation
he told you in the beginning of the process. In our example it was: "I am tensed in
contact with unknown people." Client will not be able to tell that, or that affirmation
will be completely empty.

18. Then you look for any opposing Aspect. Ask the Client to address all his Aspects
at once and ask them: "Is there any Aspect of mine which doesn't want this previous
Aspect to be integrated?" If there is some, you must repeat the same process with it!

19. If there is no opposition, but the beginning problem/aspect has not vanished,
you must do the MULTIPLE VIEWPOINT PROCESSING, that is Aspectics process from
all other relevant points of view. For example, if it was bad relationship with his wife,
he should do the process from wife's point of view.

20. Last important step: Client should fill the place where his unwanted state used to
be with light. Just tell him to imagine the point of light in the place in his body where
he feels himself most strongly. It is usually chest (or sometimes head). Then let him
breathe and with every inhalation let him make that light bigger and bigger and
make it in his imaginations the same form as unwanted Aspekt used to have. Then,
let him place it to the same place where his unwanted aspect used to be.

What does one gain with Aspectics?

There is probably no human being that does not desire to change something within
itself or in its life. However, how many people do succeed in changing themselves?
How much do the efforts vested from day to day actually yield results? We all know
the answers to these questions. Why is this so? Because the people do not know
HOW to change. There is a centuries-old prejudice present in all the countries of the
world, that one should change by the power of their will, that this is the only and
best way. The will means mainly suppression. Through suppressing not only can
nothing change anything, but an utterly contrary effect is achieved! At the Aspectics
course you will become acquainted with the laws of functioning of the human mind,
which will clarify this to you, if it is not clear to you already. Through Aspectics you
are given the possibility to change quickly and easily, faster than you have ever
experienced in your life. Within a short time you eliminate the undesirable elements
of your personal universe, which are often present for years, decades, or even drag
their roots from the previous lives. You are given the chance with Aspectics to
experience higher states of awareness about which you had only read in books of
Eastern Spiritual masters. To LIVE TO SEE the answer to the question WHO AM I,
and to many other existential issues. To live in TRUTH and not in lies, illusions and
suffering. Any changes a man can make within, he is actually making within his ego.
Your TRUE BEING cannot change. It has always been as it is now, and always will. It
was never born nor will it ever die. There is nothing in the human ego that cannot
change, if you know HOW.

The only negative thing I have to say is that Zivorad writes too much :DThus his
techniques kind of get buried under all his words.

Approx. 1 year ago I made a list of wants-handled. I ran a lot of these wants-
handled and they are GONE.

It sometimes takes literally 10 seconds to get rid of something.

I give you a real example from my own list


"Hmm, why do I get upset when I talk to person X?"... think... look... 20 seconds...
GONE.... I start to like this person... never upset again.

Another real example


My entire life I was a night person. I always worked the whole night until morning.
In fact, starting from 22:00 (10pm) I would get more and more fresh and then at
around 8-9am I would get tired and go to bed. Since my partner complained I
decided one day (while in bed falling asleep) to handle it. It took me approx. 2
minutes. Since then (now already 1 year ago) I never made a night through
anymore.

Another real example


Since 20 or so years I had headaches. Approx. 1 year ago I ran the headache with
Aspectics. Since then the headaches are gone and I never took another pain killer! A
huge win for me.

These 3 examples show you that Aspectics can handle emotional and physiological
issues. Unbelievable.

The technique is swift... and deals with what Zivorad calls Aspects (hence
"Aspectics"), a term which I don't like. "Aspects" would be best described in
Scientologese as "Black masses", "BTs", "Counter-intentions in your space",
"Decayed Goal Ridges" and other "Soul Fragments/Splinters"
Once you ran a few Aspectics sessions you will see how Scientology techniques are
always ANTI: It's always "the BAD implants", "the BAD implanters", "the NASTY SPs",
"the reactive BANK", "the PTSness", "Xenu's BTs", "the criminal critics" etc. It's
always YOU vs THEM. This is not too obvious when you are only in Scientology but it
gets more obvious once you run a few Aspectics sessions.

Why? BECAUSE A LOT OF BTs are actually your own creations (= you created them
as a demon or a god) or are simply a black mass consisting of your own decayed
(failed) goals. It's interesting that there is a "Clear cog" (= you mock-up your own
bad bank) but not a "GPM cog" or "BT cog".
In MANY cases a BT will "reintegrate" = become a part of you again when you
realize that it WAS part of you in the first place but you simply split it off so that it
could sit "OVER THERE".

However, there ARE "bona fide" demons (= real other thetans that cling to you) and
in these cases Aspectics gives you a nice tool to actually find out whether it's a
demon or not and IF it IS INDEED a demon then you would switch to anti-demon
techniques. Thus the combination of Aspectics + a few demon-chasing techniques
(which Zivorad describes too) is the solution for the lower AND the upper bridge. But
this is just a wild guess from me.

An example "session"

"What's your problem?"


"I have an urge to cut myself"
"Where is this urge located and how does it look like? Is it an emotion? A
thought? A black mass? etc..." There are approx. 10-15 categories you can go
through, but usually you merely need to ask "Where is this urge located? Behind
you? In you? Above you?" and the PC gets immediately what you mean. You simply
let him describe it as much as possible: Color, position, form etc. A normal
description would be "It's a ball in my heart area that has spikes and rotates" or "It's
a stuck picture in front of me that pulls me away" or "It's 7 monsters around me" or
"It's a really black spear that goes through my head" something of that sort.
Describing ALONE can already blow a lot of charge.
Then you go to the next step: You want to direct the PC's attention onto that
"thing" he just described and ask that thing:
"What is your goal for me?". Sometimes "What are you?" indicates more or "Who
are you?" (hello, NOTs) or "What are you doing there?" or ""What do you want?"
There are a couple of variations but the main point is to find out what the heck it is
WANTING/DOING.
The answer will usually be something negative like "I want to see you suffer", "I
want to see your head chopped off" etc.
Then you imagine a complete and perfect fulfillment of this goal and ask the
Aspect "If you will completely succeed and my head will be chopped off.. then what
will be your higher and greater goal (for me)?".
Usually there will be another negative answer like "Then I want to see the
chopped-off head being eaten by maggots" or something of that sort.
You again imagine the fulfillment of this goal and ask "If this will be completely
fulfilled.. then what will be your higher and greater goal (for me)?".
Now comes the fascinating part of Aspectics: When you go up the goal chain from
lower goals (= decayed goals) to higher goals you will see that the higher goals
suddenly become friendly and the decaying makes sense.
Thus the next answer of the Aspect might be "After your head is eaten by
maggots you can grow a new one that is much better" (Aah, sounds already much
friendlier)
And then "After you grow a new head you can finally start to think more clearly"
And then "After you start to think more clearly you won't be disturbed by bad
people".
And then "When you won't be disturbed by bad people you can help others"
etc etc. This would be a typical goal chain that starts really mean/dark/sinister and
then quickly (after 2-3 higher goals) turns into something positive.
At this point either the Aspect completely vanished or you can goal-chain it higher
and higher until you find a state of completely goallessness for that Aspect.

If you were to run NOTs on this Aspect ("A vicous BT wants to see my head chopped
off") then I bet you will go crazy after running a few hundreds of such Aspects,
because most of them will be your own Black Masses resulting from Decayed Goals.
Thus I think that NOTs introduces NEW RIDGES that seal away the old ridges. Thus
aside from the few cases where you actually MIGHT blow a real BT you will build up
a superb Not-Is of every "Aspect" of your case AND possibly of normal body
functions. No wonder there are these cancer cases amongst NOTters.

If you were to run Aspects Creative Processing style then it would be "Now take this
black spear that runs through your head and make it red.. blue... green.. now make
it small" etc. Thus Creative Processing WILL work at first but will later again
introduce BPC since you won't handle the GOAL that CREATED that spear.

I found, by the way, that "Who are you?" works not so well on real demons. It works
well on Aspects because "Who are you?" is basically a variation of "What is your
goal?" (Who are you? A cook! = What is your goal? Cooking!) but not too well on
real demons. I found that real demons react better to "Who gives you the right to
bother me/be in my space?" and some other questions techniques.

I don't use any meter. I once read TROM (by Dennis Stephens, has nothing to do
with Aspectics) and Stephens wrote something that I found interesting:
If you possess such a device, and know how to use it, then it can assist you to
determine when an exercise is no longer producing change. The meter no longer
registers significant change. However, the device is by no means essential, for a
being is entirely capable of relying upon his own estimation of change.

Even if you do use a skin-galvanometer you will soon outstrip its usefulness, and
will find it registering no change even though your senses clearly tell you that change
is occurring. Thus, in the final instance, you are thrown back upon your own
perception of these things.
However, if you do use a skin-galvanometer to help you early on, then abide by
what it tells you. If you know how to use it, the device will not let you down. Early
on, the device is more sensitive than your perception; later, your perseption is more
sensative than the device.

The device also has an unexpected value in that it gives you something to hold
onto with your hands, and thus prevents you from fidgetting and smoking
unecessary cigarettes during your exercise period.
I have no experience with "ex-OTs" but I would guess that Aspectics might be a
very good gradient to continue to handle mental phenomena.

So here comes the Aspectics procedure, this time more accurate:

I want to emphasize that in my experience MOST of BTs are not thetans. Most BTs
are your own creation. Even if it at first FEELS like an independent intelligent and
maybe evil being (see below).

First you will localize where your problem sits as outlined in my previous post
(behind you, in your foot etc) and how it looks ("a green Chupacabra directly in front
of my face").
If you have a PC who completely cannot get in contact with it (very seldom)
then you might suggest the following things: "How would you describe it? Is it a...."
an emotion?
an intuition?
a body sensation?
a black mass?
foreign intention?
external force? a pull? a push?
a thought
a picture? a form? a color?
another being in your space? an animal? an entity? some form of intelligence?
a voice? a word?
a very integral part of you?
the way you simply are? a part of your character?
a wall, a door that has been shut
something that is hiding? something invisible?
... etc etc you get the point
You simply want the PC to have it manifested so that you can address it.
Then you will ask "What is your goal?".
Don't miss the fact that a black mass in front of your nose can have the goal of
"Being a black mass in front of your nose" or "Being a black mass getting darker and
massier". Thus ask "What is your goal?" not in the sense of already thinking about
some supadupa goal but instead in the sense of its current actual goal.
Sometimes "What is your goal?" doesn't indicate. Thus can alter the question to
"What is your purpose?" or "What are you currently doing?" or "What is it you are
usually doing?" or "What do you want?" or "What do you want from me?".
Or "Who are you?" or "What are you?" (NOTs style). I found those two to be
WEAK compared with the others.
If you want to you can even thank the BT for having such a wonderful negative
goal.
Typical goals would be something like "I want you to cave in completely", "I
want you to die", "I want everyone to make fun of you".
I once had a goal "Dinosaur eggs". I said to myself "What the heck?" but the
BT simply wanted dinosaur eggs. That's how the goal chain started. As you can see,
asking a BT with such a goal "Who are you?" wouldn't communicate very well.
Then you imagine the utter complete fulfillment of that (negative or positive) goal.
Then you proceed asking for higher goals: "If this goal is utterly and completely
fulfilled then what is your goal that is HIGHER AND BIGGER?". If you want you can
phrase it "If [XXX] is utterly and completely fulfilled...", e.g. "If causing my legs to
fall off is utterly and completely fulfilled then what is your goal that is higher and
bigger/greater?"
Then you ask again for HIGHER goals. Until you reach a state where there is no
more goal and no more connection to MEST or to others. Statik regarding this goal,
so to speak. It's hard to describe until you completely go up the goal chain and see
for yourself. The highest state is complete freedom from identities and goals ("Noone
around, no thing to do/complete").
The only (little) mistake that you can make is jumping to another goal chain.
When this happens goals start to become unreal, or don't blow charge or you start to
grind. Thus you can ask yourself from time to time "Am I still on the original goal
chain?" or "What was the last correct goal on the original goal chain?".

What typically happens:

The typical Aspectics handling of a decayed goal chains goes like this:
"What is your goal?"
-> Evil/Negative goal
-> Slightly better negative higher goal
-> Better higher goal
-> Good Higher goal
-> ... until the EP of the goal chain which always ends you being goalless for this
chain and when you check the whole chain from top to bottom it seems unreal
vanished.
Even if you don't go up to the very top of the goal chain I never found any
negative side effects. It seems that GOALs are the very core thus asking for goals
can never cause BPC.
A typical physiological reaction would be YAWNING. It seems that as soon as
mental masses move around or change their form one starts to YAWN.
As opposed to the normal decayed goal the typical demon goes like this:
Evil negative goal
-> Evil negative goal
-> Evil negative goal
-> Evil negative goal (or the same goal as in the beginning)

In other words: I won't get better.

Moreover the demon gets more and more real while the usual BT gets less and
less real/severe.
If the BT doesn't leave (and instead feels more real than before = is a demon)
then ask again and again "What is the difference between us?". If it's your own
creation then after a few questions there will be less and less difference and
suddenly you will realize that it was your own creation and you and the demon will
magically re-unite.

If the demon STILL is there then switch to real demon buster techniques which
would consist of Unstucking:

I found that demons can react to Dating and Locating NOT BECAUSE of Axiom 38
("truth is the exact time, place, form and event" which actually should be a Logic and
not an Axiom since it defines "MEST truth") but because of another phenomenon
that Hubbard seemingly didn't mention clearly just as he didn't mention that your
own goal charge attracts other thetans with the same goal charge (in the theta
universe similarities attract, affinity is a phenomenon of space):

The reason why charge (or thetans) can blow after being asked for the
Date/Location is because a question like "When was it" makes the Thetan think
about the line of events = UNFIXES HIM FROM THE STUCK EVENT HE SITS IN.
Dating/Locating works because when dating one gets a slighly exterior viewpoint as
one needs to be slightly aware of a) time BEFORE an incident b) the flow of time
itself.
A demon might be stuck in several things. A demon might be stuck in time (in an
ever-now), so we could ask (instead of "When was it?"):
"What were you doing before being in my body?" Answer: "The last thing I
remember was playing in the sea" (some demons leave right in that moment, since it
suddenly occurs to them that was a time BEFORE, thus time FLOWS and is not
necessarily HALTED in an ever-now).
A demon might be stuck in space (the only space he is aware of might be a tiny
area in your body or might be your body or around your body), so we could ask:
"Where have you been before being in my body?" Answer: "In the forest" (this
makes the demon remember that there are more spaces that your body). "Point to
that forest you came from" or "How do you hold your position in my body?" (this
makes the demon look around for force fields thus unfixes his attention)
A demon might be stuck in believing you are the only one he can be with.
A demon might be stuck in the idea that he is forced to be where he is.
A demon might be stuck in the idea that the thing he is doing right now is the
only thing he can do.
A demon might be stuck in a lot of ideas. As soon as you unstuck him he springs
into freedom and thus leaves you.
"Do you know that all demons and all spirits have the right to their own sanity and
their own goals and their own self-determination? And they have the right to LEAVE
whenever they want? You can leave, too. Right now" could work, too
As soon as we make the demon unfix his attention (or unfix his ideas) the demon
is able to leave (with the exception of demons controlled by "higher" demons).
You can invent a lot of questions and intentions to make the demon AWARE that
the space/time/forces/goals that keep him there are not the only way. "What did you
like before having your goal for me?" "I loved to drive cars" "Would you like to do it
again? You did a really good job in making the migraine headaches for me. Thank
you so much, but now you can leave to drive as many cars as you like".
"What gives you the right to stay with me?" can be a miracle statement since it
really can make the demon analyze the whole situation.

Super Demons

If the demon still stays (and some demons still stay and while they wonder why
they cannot leave although they somehow want to) then ask for a controller demon
(super demon) or someone who puts him into your space. You can even go up a
controller chain with the highest controller being usually outside of the MEST
universe. Each one of them on the controller chain you can ask/tell that they have
done a magnificent job but can leave now because they have the fullest right to do
so.

Having said all that, let me re-emphasize that MOST of BTs are not real demons but
instead your own POSITIVE GOALS that decayed. Thus in most cases you won't need
any demon-buster techniques.

Exorcizing your own creations (or your body's natural energies) can drive you crazy
(Solo NUTs) or make you sick (cancer).
Even Capt Bill (who developed Excalibur = the reason why the Churches Solo NOTs
can never work completely) died of cancer (although in his case it could have been a
side effect of his freezing Body Org experiments).

Let me also mention that some BTs get integrated in your normal body energies (=
just like a tree would grow in wind direction). Thus some BTs take the FORM of,
letsay, your ARM. Sometimes something happens and these BTs get MISALIGNED
and cause ARM PAIN. Not because of their "evil BT nature" but because of their
misalignment with the arm. I think that this might be the reason why accupuncture
etc works: It aligns the BTs back into body position.

I found flashy Hollywood movies or flashy computer games to be restimulative on


BTs. Use the opportunity (after you watched movies or played games) to run BTs
out.

If you want to:


Eat millet. Millet is said to be used by Yogi before meditations. I don't know if that's
true but I found it helpful. Take vitamin B9 (folate). Somehow B9 is used up when
being spiritually active. I would suggest to take a B-Complex pill and an additional
B9-pill. There are other vitamins/minerals/amino acids that may strengthen your
focus.
