About this ebook
I woke up this morning and before setting foot on the floor I had already organized breakfast for the children, talked to my partner, wrote part of the report and made the shopping list. With this I have been missing things like: waking up and feeling my body wake up, saying good morning to my husband in a loving way or feeling the joy of waking up to a new day.
We live life too worried about the things we have to do. Time seems to be running out and the mind is occupied with constant worries and chores.

Meditation for Beginners - Bob Gurú
introduction
When you live without paying attention to what you do, you lose energy and feed tension. These short meditations will help you clear your mind and regain calm.
Sometimes you even think about something repeatedly, giving rise to thought circuits that trap you and keep you from thinking about really useful things.
